I expressed interest in a used Odyssey EX-L online (Stock #: 160448A listed for sale on their site as of this typing). One of the sales reps did follow up quickly, but stated that the car was in "service" and that I couldn't come in to look at it. He promised a call back the next day and followed through on that promise. He did call the next morning Monday 12/28 and said that the car was still in service but that I could view it on Thursday 12/31. I purchased an Odyssey from another dealership on 12/29. Why would product be listed for sale if you couldn't come to view it? This seemed like a red flag to me. Maybe there is a reasonable explanation. I am giving three stars for the quick follow up as not all dealers I contacted during my extensive search followed up so quickly.
My experience with Diamond Honda has been exceptional. Eduardo sold me my previous vehicle two years ago, and I unfortunately it was a total after an accident loss. Service advisor was very professional. He kept in contact with me while the car was being serviced--I'd left the dealership to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The service was finished faster than the estimated time that he gave me.

I get my oil changed here and it's always within an hour which is pretty good for a dealer.
I was shopping for a Honda or Corrolla because of my commute. I explained my needs and bottom line price, during my initial visit to Ruben and Chung. They dared me to shop around and told me what other dealerships would say and do. They were right about everything I visited 3 dealerships in three cities and went back to them they beat the prices that I had been offered and also put me in the exact car I needed. Can t say enough about the professionalism and the way I was treated. Also the cost was perfect and now they have a customer for life I ve already handed out 3 of their cards and recommended them to my sister and mother.

Gary was the employee that greeted us (my bf and I), rushed us through the process, I didn t get to look at the interior of the car except the front (while test-driving), he rushed us to the office, and right off the bat asked how much $$ we d give for the down payment. We told him that we wanted to negotiate and if we got a good deal we would take it. He said he would help us out and got up and left, he had us waiting for 45min or more only to be told by a different employee a whole spiel saying they take pride in their customer service etc, kept beating around the bush about giving us a deal on the car, he asked if we d be doing financing or paying cash, we said cash and that s when he said that the price featured was non-negotiable (because if you finance they make money off of the payments so they could care less if you have the cash). We told them that we would pay cash to take it off their hands that same day they still refused. HORRIBLE customer service.

I was in the market for a new car and I went on there website, saw the car I wanted. After some back and forth with our sales consultant, I found and decided on a 2016 Accord Sport. Locked in a price. And the deal was done. Now the finance part. That s always the dreadful part but when I came in everything was fast and quick. The finance manager that assisted me was AMAZING!! Sara Zhu had everything ready to go. The whole process took about 2 hours. I m telling you, if your in the market for a new or used Vehicle, see Sara Zhu at Diamond Honda. She s a rockstar!!!

Had my car serviced there. People are way overworked and understaffed. Take your car there if you want to wait 30 minutes to have your car written up. About 15 cars and only one service adviser in sight. Don't bother with appointment, they are meaning less. I had one. Need a shuttle? Sure.. if you don't mind waiting 30 minutes, and another 30 minutes to your destination because there are 8 other people to shuttle. They have 2 shuttles, but the drivers multitask so only one is usually driving. If you complain, they just tell you they are doing the best they can, its a busy day. HELLLOOO, everyday is busy, especially when its understaffed.
5 hours later and I havn't heard from them. I called to check the status of my car. Cashier says they are not picking up. I ask for a shuttle to pick me up. She says shuttle on its way and service adviser will call back. 45 minutes later I get the call. I asked about the shuttle, back to the cashier. Its been nearly an hour, but the shuttle just left. I forgot, its only one guy. They tell me I am on the pickup list, will be there shortly. I am one of 8 people he is picking up. 2 hours after I initially request pick up they call to tell me they are leaving.
Final words, its a very nice dealership, but be prepared to wait...................wait.................wait....................and wait.................and wait....................and.wait..

don't listen to the salesman , they try to sell you service with new car, but after you sign the sales agreement, you were told to pay additional fee for other service to keep the service you bought to be continuous !? don't buy car and service from this place , or it will turn into a joke! you can save hundreds of dollars from further east Honda dealer.
First and foremost, I want to thank Jimmy Tang for helping me get into a brand new car. This is my first car purchase and Jimmy definitely understood my needs as a new car purchaser. I strongly believe that it is important to feel like your hard earned money was well spent. I left the dealership feeling completely satisfied with my experience and this was because Jimmy was very patient with me in answering my many questions and made me feel like my needs were important. Diamond Honda is by far the most pleasant dealership I've visited. Everyone I've experienced at Diamond Honda has been friendly. Too many times have I felt intimidated by the arrogance of people of other dealerships, but not Diamond Honda. I saw the used car I had been looking for newly listed on their website and was contacted immediately by Roland. We agreed to meet the following day and within a couple of hours, I drove away with it! Roland was up front and very communicative, which is refreshing when trying to buy a used car. I had flown all the way down from Sacramento to buy the same car from another dealership down there and after they raised the price, gave me the run around, and eventually ghosted me, I had given up and was about to fly back home. Bad experience. My car need to do A12 maintenance . The salesman intentionally not told me most of services are optional. finally, it cost me almost 1k. Actually, it just need pay about 100 for A12 service.

I have purchased 14 cars from dealerships, 6 off Craiglist; I have also worked as salesperson selling motor vehicles in LA. My experience at Diamond Honda has to be the worst. This is a review on the sales side; not their service. I was in the market for a new Honda and I called around for a specific model which I already got few quotes from other dealerships. I called Diamond Honda to see if they could do better, the salesperson said come on in and we can do better for sure, no number was promised; but I did ask the sales if the quote was achievable, and the sales said it should be good. I went in with good faith after traveling 200 miles, and they very much just wasted my time. Hyper quoted by their salesperson "we could sell these to anyone who is willing to pay, why should we match the price?" They only prey on inexperienced buyers. Don't be fooled by other reviewed that's paid to bumped up their ratings. I would suggest check out other dealership locally before you decide to purchase here.

Loved the saleman but the ppl who parade around acting like a boss are very pushy and when you kindly decline their offer they try to tell you well don't come here cuz you ain't going to get the same offer next time. So when we're ready to buy will be buying from another dealership we don't care to be pushed around bad customer service it's too bad salesman have to work with people like this. Took my car in to get a routine Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The 1st person who greeted me at the service center asked if I made an appointment and I said Yes. He proceeded to tell me they weren't accepting walk ins and I said again that I made an appointment and showed him my email confirmation. He was the only weird part about my service. Tony, the person who helped me with my appointment, was very nice and even did a quick rinse on my car since it was dirty. It only took an hour since they didn't have to perform the tire rotation due to my tires having even tread.
Sean was incredibly helpful, he helped us get into a new 2020 Honda Civic with no trouble at all. The staff was all very helpful and we will definitely be recommending our family to Diamond Honda for future purchases. Thank you Sean and Diamond Honda team.

Horrible customer service! Took my car in yesterday for a problem on the computer module. Took the car around 9am told it would take a few hours. Didn't get an update until 4pm to be told the technician couldn't figure out the problem and that theu couldn't give me back the car till today. Today I've been trying to reach them multiple to get an update and no answer. Its very irritating when they give you no information and there's no way to contact them to ask about the car.
Purchased a used Honda Odyssey from them last week. I was a bit skeptical initially based on some negative reviews. However, the sales person and sales manager were great and the experience from beginning to end was good. I had been shopping for about 5 months for a van and the price they had it advertised for was very good.
I didn't have to haggle too much as I typically do and just got it for online advertised price on autotrader - which was very competitive for the low mileage the car had on it. We had been to several Honda dealers and I would gauge my experience there as simply comfortable and low pressure.
Nothing bad to say about my experience. I have not dealt with their maintenance dept. so I don't have a review for that - just the sales experience is all I am reviewing.

Had two cars serviced, one with and one without appointment. Was somewhat mislead when they gave an estimated time as the service took way longer than I expected.
Parts department takes forever for inquiry of parts. Doesn't seem like they have much knowledge of there own parts. I recommend all to go else where.

Asked a few times and pretended not to hear. bad attitude. Chinese must not go. Those Chinese who have a bad attitude and go to other homes should not go to this one. waste time.
I went in with engine light ON and IMA light ON. Told Alan of the problem, he called me back in a couple of hrs. after the tech. checked it out and he told me not to worry HONDA picked up the entire bill, my hybrid battery was under warranty. Fast and very efficient service, I will go back to Diamond Honda of Puente Hills for future parts and service.

The salesmen Juan Saldana, Freddy and their managers tried to play games and use sleazy sales tactics to price hike their original quotes. After some tiresome back and forth that lasted a couple days. I was close to signing, but they tried to sneak in an additional $1,000 to the original deal. They kept using miscommunication as an excuse. Wasted my time with them and never going back. So glad I was smart and did not sign papers to give them permission to check my credit and hurt my score before finding out about the price hike.
I AM WARNING EVERYONE! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! This dealer has bad reviews for a reason. I did not listen to the reviews and went through a painful experience and wasted my time. I had a quote from Rock Honda-- when we went there they played games. From that dealership I called Diamond Honda and spoke with Jerry NG. Within 2 minutes we had price agreement over the phone.
I requested my vehicle to be washed before we get there- we arrived at the dealership. It looked very nice, well kept and clean (bathroom is in need of new soap dispenser).
As we talked vehicle was being washed, within 30 to 45minutes I was on the road and we had a brand new vehicle!

I went to Infiniti of Montclair-ontario, and the gave a great deal. Nice to be treated with respect and get a luxury vehicle for the same price as a Honda.
