Elmer(car tech) AND Luis(parts service desk) went above and beyond to help me service my car. I had a messed up pipe that for the life of me could not find anywhere else! I tried O'Reillys, Autozone, PepBoys and none of them had the parts for my Honda. THANK YOU Diamond Honda! They have everything I need and beyond!
Please stay away from this dealership!!! 1. Before I purchased my vehicle I said I need assistance to take the vehicle home. In order to make the sale Roland Gutierrez Internet / Fleet Manager at Diamond Honda in Puente Hills SAID DONT WORRY WE WILL HELP YOU TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE HOME. EVEN THE FINANCE MANAGER SAID WE WILL HELP YOU. SOON AS I PURCHASED the VEHICLE I WAS TOLD TAKE UBER OR LYFT. 2 I DID TAKE A LYFT AND PAID 57$ TO GET THERE. BEFORE I ARRIVED I CALLED 1 HOUR AHEAD OF A TIME AND SAID I AM COMING TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE. I WAITED 3 HOURS TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE SAME PERSON Roland Gutierrez never even came out and told me your vehicle is ready, it was parked outside for 2 hours while another person Gloria was keep telling I need to wait. nobody even checked if my vehicle is ready. Until finally another person went outside saw my vehicle and apologized for the long wait. 3. NOW ITS BEEN 2 MONTH NO REGISTRATION NO TAGS. I AM DRIVING WITH EXPIRED tags. 10/26 CALLED THE DMV JUST TO FIND OUT THAT DIAMOND HONDA NEVER COMPLETED PAPERWORK. 4. Jay Park General Sales Manager SENT EMAIL Thank you for allowing me to assist you in the purchase and said If I can assist you further in any way? I replied back immediately with my concerns never heard from him again. I sent 2 emails no response. You be the judge. I would suggest do not buy from them they are dishonest.
I received great service! My service rep Joanne stated that my car would be ready at a certain time. I told her that I needed to leave sooner than that. She checked with the mechanics and said she'd get me out of the dealership half an hour earlier. And she did!! Not only was she accommodating, she was also very friendly. Thank you!
I once worked for a Honda Manufacturing Assembly Plant, building Honda's from scratch. I was college educated as a Automobile Mechanic. I purchased a Honda here once. I would never ever buy from here in the future. Stay away.
The Service Advisor, Elmo Orellana, was very professional and helpful. I never had any issue with your client services except one time when the transporter was not available and I had to wait over 30 mins for a uber/lyft driver to get the dealership.

Well..... first and far most my husband is a car enthusiast! We had discussed and narrowed down our choices of cars to see... As one of our choices we had The New and Improved Civic Si... Met Jim at Diamond Honda, awesome guy, mentioned the type of car we were interested in and test drove the car. Well Jim asked all the right questions as any sales person should, and he had all the right answers for our questions. Well we didn't purchase the car.... after seeing other vehicles and long talks at night we decided to go back to Honda... It made sense, everything they offer, and the resources they have with Financing.... Not only was Jim happy to let my husband test drive the car once again but also met our 3 children..... Honda Family met the Rodriguez clan, although my husband had to go without me not only did they take the time to buy some food for our kids, they gave my husband the peace of mind he needed from Jim the sales person who took time to talk and let my husband test drive the car and trust me he test drives cars!! To Jeff the manager for giving my husband the peace of mind that we will be taken care of and helped to make this purchase happen. And Rafael who helped with financing although we have an STI that we are still paying for (remember car enthusiast my husband) when I say no other dealership beats this team WE REALLY MEAN NO ONE BEATS THIS TEAM! Peter Nguyen is a really swell guy. Him and his team really helped me get to the bottom of my transmission problem and even offered to get me a used one that would be in better shape than my rebuilt one that I had done at someone whom I thought was a family friend. Took a while but I understand if they are busy. Wish I could get some kind of justice in this day and age but hey we all gotta put up with it.

I got a check engine light on, so I took my 2012 Honda Accord for an inspection. The service guy told me that rat bite a cable for the transmission pressure switch so I must replace it. The cable as a one piece is all connected with the transmission and engine. The cost was $1,680.00. It was too expensive for me to replace only one cable, so I took my Honda Accord to a local repair shop and they charged only $250. If you're not careful, Puente Honda dealer can make you pay more for repair. I won't even start about Dealer Service!

Suggest read the contract before you buy, I end up paid over $800.00 for honda care up to 45k miles, just find down only for oil change only which due every 10k mile, it is rip off, financial person said it cover oil change, tire rotation, carbin fitter and brake to 45k miles
We just bought a pilot. All I have to say is that Juan Gonzalez worked miracles for us. He is the best sales representative that you can have. The customer service Tony is nice but they didn't fix my Heated Seat problem and my car is new just leased for a year the heated seats are down:( very disappointed about their repair service.

It's absurd. I've spent a total of 9.5 hours here. 6 trying to buy a certain car they advertised on auto trader, and 3.5 getting that car's defective battery replaced. If you are the most patient person in the world you will still have a very bad time. Service is terrible.

Worst experience I've ever had with any service department. 10:30 a.m. appt to bring in my vehicle for safety recall & reload AC frion. Simple. Service rep Sylvia Portillo stated ar would be done at 1pm as the recall was a simple software update. At 1pm I get a phone call with a list of "recommended repairs". I politely declined and asked for initial services requested to be done, would consider the rest at a later time. 2pm rolls around and she calls back with a "potential problem with AC. She began giving me scenarios of compressor issues, system blockages etc. My husband calls her back to inquire on the info given and was frustrated because she kept putting him on hold going back and forth with technician. Obviously had no clue what she was talking about. Car was given to me at closing time 6pm . All it needed was frion.
Had an excellent experience at Diamond Honda yesterday, they now offer free Lyft rides back home or to eat & when your car is ready they will contact you & send a lyft driver to take you back, so much more efficient than waiting for the shuttle prior. The staff is always so friendly & helpful. I will definitely be back for all my Honda maintenance!
Diamond Honda is the ultimate best dealer to deal with . I went in to purchase a car with not so good credit . After being discouraged by multiple dealer visits before I thought it was gonna be a big challenge to make it happen. Darin and his team did an exceptional job to make sure that it was going to happen. I was able to drive away with a brand new 2019 Honda Civc I was beyond speechless of the service I was provided . I m a Diamond customer for life.

Today Monday's . I went back to the dealership to straight out the deal they over charged me on the price of the car . (1) they charged me $295 dollars more than the agree price .(2) they selling the alarm saying if someone stealing the car . thw alarm company will pay for the car , but never mentioned abuot the extra cost for the warranty. (3) thw finance lady SARA charged me $1295 for 10 years warranty (wich my wife only drive 3000 miles or less a years) useless for me without my knowledge. The manager blame everything on me ,and only wanted cancel the 10 years warranty.and refuawd to cancel the alarm . I been waiting for over 3 hours but the manager will not come out to talk to me again . I'll be back in the weekend tand try again.

BE AWARE when you bringing your car in for service! Request a simple oil change service, and come up with a $600 estimated bill. They just can't wait to rip you off. Find another dealership if you don't want to trick by aggressive Service/Sales advisors. Will NOT GO BACK AGAIN.
My daughter took her 2019 Honda Civic in for a recall & check "Service Reminder" light, even though it barely has over 4,000 miles on it. Decided to get an oil change & wheel alignment, since she said it was pulling a little. When they called me with the quote for both, the total was $142. I specifically asked was that the total for both, she said yes! I said, if it's not, have a service person call me.....nobody ever called. They ended up charging $182, even though they had used the online coupon special originally. I called to speak with the service dept manager, but he was mysteriously unavailable. I will never allow my daughter to take it here again.
I bought a 2017 Honda Accord from David Cho and he spent time going over everything with me answering all my questions and he was genuinely friendly and personable from the get-go. I didn't feel like he was trying to wrap things up and get to another customer. I wasn't pressured to buy any extras (though I did) and the drive home was incredible. Technician who performed the recall work on my vehicle didn't know how to use a memory savor and didn't bother to write down programmed radio stations. Further didn't know how to set the correct time back.
Is it a sign of incompetence? Perhaps. Is it a sign that there is a lack of attention to details or that service here dosen't go all the way? You bet.
