Eduardo was great and worked with me on price and explained everything well. The finance department was severely understaffed which made the buying process take much longer than I would have liked but everyone was helpful.

I have never felt so overwhelmed shopping for a car as I do today. I definitely have never had a break down of frustration as I did today... I feel so discriminated if they don't want to do business with me they should just tell me & not keep telling me they'll get back to me Maybe not everyone has or will have the same experience but I wish we can speak with someone whom actually cares about the customers as if we were a family member & not treat us any less. I have been a Diamond Honda service customer for 7 years and counting. I have had 3 service advisors and I have to say 3rd time is the charm. I absolutely love my service advisor Nicole Bright, I truly cannot ask for a more as she is knowledgeable, informative about my services needed and always looks at the history of the car. Based on her recommendation I bought my 4th Honda from Diamond last year. I will continue my service for both cars going forward. I always enjoy seeing her and knowing I will be taken care of.

Had my wife's car service oil change and batt. Sensor corrected due to a recall. Service customer let's you feel she doesn't want to work and hear your car issues. Observing her talking to Co-workers, she smiles and very accomodatung. I sense it's just probably me or what. Having waited for 4 hrs just that simple service, was to much but my cool was just fine. But to compound my displeasure, is the aura and the satisfaction that a customer gets from a front desk person. But again, this is the reason I avoid buying honda cars in the first place because of the the posibility that i will be experiencing this issues in my dealings with them. I should have taken the advice of my friends. :( . . .Maybe I should go back to Mazda:)

I went in for some oil the service line was a bit long with one cashier,another employee came out to the service floor seen it was busy asked the cashier if he needed help,she pressed the service button and no one came out,I would say that was building patience for me
Very nice dealership. Adan helped me find a great car and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Only complaint was the long wait for finance but I believe that was due to being short on staff for the day. Overall very good place to buy a car.
I have been to this dealership two times. The first time was to help a friend buy a car. Both times I wasn't rushed into anything and the car buying experience was pleasant. Both times I dealt with Jimmy Tang who is a down to earth salesman, who was also very straightforward. Those little things can make or break a deal in that line of work. I will definitely be referring people looking to purchase to look for Jimmy.
I was quoted a 1:30 oil change and they had a service safety meeting that pushed back the service further. I would have gave a 3 stars. Elmo was apologetic and had he told me earlier I would have gave 5 stars for being proactive. Ultimately the 4 stars is because Elmo was friendly.
I needed a lot of maintenance because my car just clocked over 100K miles. Elmo Orellana was amazing. Helping me in a friendly manner. He set me up with a free rental while my car was being serviced, made sure I got my AAA discount and even helped load my mother s walker in the back of the car before we left! I will be returning again for regular maintenance again.

After getting a flat tire on my own lack of focus, I had to go back into Diamond Honda to fix the service light. Once more Jameson, the guy that sold me my car was more than attentive! He actually been calling me to make sure everything has been going well for me almost every month since i had the car! THAT is customer service yo~!
I explained to him what had happened and he quickly rectify the situation with a matter of a few hours, I actually didn't even felt like i was really waiting in the waiting corners as each and every Honda sales associates were so catering and kind that I knew giving them my business was not enough, my co worker, my best friend , my uncle and more each had came to the same dealership and all dealt with Jameson lok !

If i could give zero stars i would. This dealer ship hasn t been able to fix my parents car for the same issue we brought it in the last 4 times. They kept saying that they needed to replicate the issue. They have replicated the issue the last 3 times and still the issue has persist. Dont trust this dealership they only want to scam you. They have scammed my parents out of 2800 dollars and still the issue is not fixed.
Service dept is not bad, but you still have to open your eyes and make sure they do everything you asked for for the price they quoted you. As for sales, do not bother!! Horrible sale experience that I'm happy it's over. Won't buy from them again!

Just bought a 2016 Honda Civic EX-L from Jerry and Freddy and had the best experience. Freddy was extremely nice and friendly, and they both went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. At the end of the day I got a great deal and left with the exact car I originally wanted. Definitely had a great experience with Diamond Honda and highly recommend working with these two.
This review is from my own experience contact them through email first because i don't want to waste my time. I want to trade my accord coupe to a 4dr since mine was a lease i still have a year and four months. The person who contacted me is Jimmy Tang and on the email i specifically told him the situation. I told him that i want a 2017 Honda accord sport cvt but i don't want to put out money on it. He said its OK they gonna take it as a trade so in that way i don't need to pay anything for the old car. So yesterday i went there and look for him i told him i will try the car he seems to be nice but don't know what his saying when we try to work on the numbers its different on the one he told me on the email from 270+TAX it become 399+TAX i told him that's not what we talk about, and he said because my lease for my accord is not done yet until next year! I told him that i told you on my email my situation of and you said i will not pay anything extra for it I'm also a returning customer the person too bad that the person who help me get my accord is not working there anymore. WELL MY POINT IS DON'T GO FOR THIS SALES GUY BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HIS SAYING EVEN YOU HAVE PROOF HE WILL DENIED THAT HE SAID OR EMAIL IT AND FOR THAT YOU JUST LOSE ONE CUSTOMER. I suggested that my father in law Tony L. go to Diamond Honda of Puente Hills to trade in his Ford SUV. He was met by a very nice salesman by the name of Junior Saldua. He took very good care of him and assured him that he would get the very best deal possible. He also got him the most for his trade in and was very excited about how that would help him during the purchase of his 2010 Honda Accord sometime in May. After months of owning their first Honda my mother in law Esther L. decides that she wants to trade her Ford Focus in. So she goes back to see Junior Saldua since he was so awesome in helping them last time. He went above and beyond and got her more for her trade in than she could get anywhere else and put her in a brand spanking new Honda CRV on December 7th 2012! To top it all off, she is paying less a month for a bigger and better brand new vehicle. Cant ask for anything more. The dealership was nice and clean, filled with friendly and helpful people. I think the next vehicle I purchase will be at Diamond Honda of Puente Hills. I would recommend this dealership to everyone buying a new or used vehicle. Also would recommend to go see Junior Saldua because he does his very best to get you the very best.
I bought a new Honda Odyssey from Diamond Honda few months back. I opted Honda Care for 5 years, spending over $1200. I just made my first appointment for oil change. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time. The intake person told me they over booked everyone, come back in a few weeks. They didn't bother to re-scheduled me. It seems to me that Honda Care is similar to a "cheap" insurance, you pay but you don't get any service. Not to mention, Diamond Honda will always try to sell you overpriced items such as small protective "stickers" for outrageous price. (over $500) I'd give zero star if there's an option.
I came to diamond Honda in search of a new CRV EX and to tell you what, I left with a great deal. I left with the color of my choice and thanks to Eduardo I am now a Diamond Honda loyal customer

I have been going to Diamond Honda for years, they have always been prompt in servicing my car, always making sure the repairs, service on my car(s) have been done when stated, and always followed up with any required necessary repairs need to keep my car is is the best running condition. Also they greet me as a valued customer ( over 10 years). When I had repairs that they were not able to do(body work due to an accident) they informed me of a local body repair shop they they stated that did great work and they were correct. I thank Honda for having a caring staff and management at this Honda dealership.
I leased my 2017 Honda Civic coupe here and had a great experience. I came back today to finance it. Adan and Dennis helped me out through the financing process which wasn t easy since my credit is very challenged but they were able to get me a really great deal. Horrible customer service. They will try all kind of methods to try to get you to finance with them eventhough you have your own financial institution to fund your purchase. Be careful for their schemes, future buyers! Good luck to you all.
Just wanted to update my post and say thank you to Justin and Matt from Honda. They were willing to hear me out and helped me resolve my issue. I've had my vehicle back for about a week now and it is running great. Thank you Justin and Matt for all your patience and support. You are truly the helpful Honda guys! ===================================== I purchased a new honda civic back in 2012. 3 Years later my air-conditioning stops working, of course it's not covered by my warranty. Now I have a bigger problem. Took my car on Friday, June 30th into the Honda dealership because my car was a little sluggish changing a gear. Took it in thinking I had a life time transmission warranty, which is the reason I purchased it. I was told I had to pay 130 for it to be looked at before they could tell me if it would be covered by the warranty. Then I was told I needed a transmission fluid (or something like that ) and it would be an additional fee. Total came out to be 262. Was told test came out good and was ready to go. On my way home my car starts it won't get the gear and started shaking. I put on my emergency lights and drove back to the dealership. There is was told, you have a transmission problem and it's unsafe to drive and sometimes when we do that test/fluid it makes transmission worse. Wth?!! Why wasn't I told that prior?! They said they would communicate with warranty company. I was told I would know by the end of the day, but didn't have an answer for me. Then on Saturday I was told you'll know on Monday. Monday comes along and am told you'll know by the end of the day. I then request the warranty companies number to find out that they were closed because of the holiday and would return on Wednesday. I wait all those days to find out that my warranty would not cover it because I didn't take it back to honda after 5 years. Even though it was being maintain by certified Mechanic. The Honda rep said it seemed like my car was running ok now, started driving home. Then the check emission system, check power steering, check vsa system, what the heck did the do to my car. I made it home, luckily. A friend looked at my car and discovered that there was no transmission oil. First thing on Thursday I asked to speak with a manager, the assistant manager Pete calls me and I tell him the situation, so I asked him what are they going to do about my car? He said I have to wait until Friday to speak with the manager. Again, I have to wait. No customer service. They don't care that i haven't had a car since Friday and that they messed up my vehicle. From sluggish to check system lights appearing. I don't know if it's because I'm a women that they are treating me like this, but it's unfair. I will be reporting them. They can't treat people like this. Don't buy or service your car here.
Horrible service, broken promises, changed prices, and unfortunately I bought the car anyways because I needed a vehicle and couldn't find anything else. Bought a 2015 Honda Fit used. The dealer sold it as certified, they lied. The inspection states inspections and steps were performed and they were not. Also they promised a full tank of gas, it was not filled. Never going back there!!
Arrived at 830 am its 539 pm...and counting... I had to constantly hunt dowm my rep to get updates. I understand some jobs take time. But when your told you will have your car by 1 pm you kinda start to get frustrated. Last update at 5 I was told 30 min more. Its Halloween I want to go home.
