I have been suffering a very bad experience / a very bad service from Diamond Honda. I bought a certified pre-owned Honda CRV together with 100,000 miles warranty from Diamond Honda sales manager Allan Ho on June 13, 2018, the car had a very big noise coming out from the rear tire on the 2nd day and I sent the car to the local Honda dealer on the 3rd day, local Honda service engineer said that the bend rotor of the tire frame resulted a very big noise and it must be replaced. I have called to Allan Ho for many times and asked him help to resolve this issue, but only answer I got from him was that "I can't do nothing on it", and ask me to deal with local Honda dealer by myself. According to Allan Ho, he has already worked for Diamond Honda for more than 20 years, How come a service manager has been trained by Diamond Honda for more than 20 years can show such kind of a very bad service attitude? How come a certified CRV certified by Diamond Honda engineer can present such a big problem for after using two days later? How come Diamond Honda can be so paralyzed with customers feedback? I am so regret that I have bought a car from Diamond Honda, and also from a so irresponsible sales manager Allan Ho.

My advisor was great Leonardo but when it came to pay for my service Aurelia the cashier was rude , did not aknolege my greeting just asked me to sign and pay . I has question rewarding the work and and for my paperwork , her answer was the advisor did say that . No customer service skills what so ever .

I went in with a 700 credit score hoping to finance a car that was worth $20,000 (honda civic) instead of giving it to me straight they did a run around, trying to make me get a lease which I made clear I didn't want (yet they spoke for me to the manger that I "did" want a lease) I was trying to finance... as I was leaving they were rude and unprofessional, shouting out personal financial information out loud... needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place... (the helpful honda guys? More like the unhelpful harassing guys...)
Roland was great! He was able to delivery me the highly sought after Honda clarity all electric. When other dealers said it could be months I had it within weeks. He was easy to work with and a really nice person! I will definitely be going there in the future.

I was helped quickly and professionally. Christina was great! I love being helped by female employees. It is less intimidating. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what my needs were.
Staff were/are very nice and friendly. As soon as I pulled up to the service center I was greeted by Jerry who answered some of my questions and then directed me to Christopher Young, a Service Advisor. Mr. Young directed me to his office where he explained the procedure of what was going to happen to my car. Both of these Honda Employees were very efficient and made me feel comfortable taking my vehicle in for servicing. They even offered me a free car wash without me having to ask for one. Although I was not able to meet the technician that worked on my vehicle he did an exemplary job.

I bought a used civic from diamond Honda and ran into a known issue with the AC module. Diamond Honda helped me out very professionally and resolved the issue in the specified time frame. Thanks to Nicole Bright who helped me out with the whole process.
Please go to Norm Reeves. When Daniel V and Luis called for a follow up, I told them Norm Reeves gave me a better price, they called me back three times between the two of them, and implored me to come to them instead, I repeatedly told them what Norm Reeves quoted me, and said I am only coming if they can match it or even give me a better price. I get there, and first of all I had to wait for 20 minutes while they page and track Daniel down. And once he comes, he greets me and tells me he is gonna go get the car and to hold on. If they make an appointment why not have the car waiting already? He went to another lot I think because I was in there for another 10 to 15 minutes while he gets the car. I drive it and then price discussions start, and surprise surprise Luis says sorry the price is already good blah blah. I understand that they have to make profit,and they know at what price they will make the profit, instead of luring me there and wasting my time on a Saturday, they could have told me over the phone or at least tell me they have the better car (theirs has the lower mileage)so we will give you this much discount or something. What a waste of effort. No wonder Norm Reeves is more popular is all I can say. Oh and Luis tries to find me a car online, thank you but I can do my own search. And he also tried to find the Norm Reeves one, he doesn t find it so he assumes it s sold. Whether he finds that car or not sell yours at your profit margin, don t lure customers in. He annoyed me the most.
In general, I found the staff to be inattentive. I'm usually pretty forgiving when it comes to customer service, but there was just a general vibe about the place that felt like you had to work hard to be noticed. On my most recent visit, employees were huddled together just kind of hanging out.
Ultimately, though, I care about the service. I went in to have my airbags replaced in compliance with a notice I received about a recall. I'm assuming the work performed was done correctly (though there is no way of me knowing for certain). I'm sure fulfilling all these repairs associated with this most recent recall must be really taking a toll on their staff so I guess I'll cut them a little slack there. My advice to anybody else looking to have their car serviced there would be to be assertive but not rude.
I'll probably go there again simply out of convenience.

Came here cause my Honda Accord fog lights went out. Was told that the car was fixed at 2:13. Advise me that a shuttle was coming to pick me up in 15 mins. I said ok. Waited an hour and called back to tell me that he went on lunch and I need to wait another 20 mins. I said ok. Waited another hour. Call back at 4:38 was told he is in route and will pick me up in 7 mins. Received a call at 5:04 that he finally arrived. This is some redicious timing for shuttle and service. Not only that I am being charged for something that should be covered under warranty elsewhere for a half year old certified used car. Please stay away from this place. Just nightmare experience to deal with!

The best Honda dealer I've been into. The waiting area is comfortable, neat, and clean. They have free guest wifi, tv, and coffee/tea station. Bathrooms are clean. The service center is attached to their showroom so you can browse on new cars anytime without sales reps bugging you to test drive or purchase, unless you asked for it. The sales reps are very nice and accommodating, even the service reps. They work with your needs. Love Diamond Honda. They have been serving our needs cor over 12 years and counting.

Jerry Ng and Jimmy Tang were very helpful when working with them online. They made the extra effort for getting the color I wanted even though I had another color preference. They didn't just say okay to my 2nd preferable color choice and sell me that car; instead, they were able to quickly get what i wanted at a reasonable time. They were very friendly when talking over the paper work and did not pressure me into making any decisions at all. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I wish I could give zero stars. My friend bought a 2016 Honda from them on Jan. 1st of this year. Last week he was hit by another vehicle in a hit and run. If that is not bad enough, once he got it to an auto body shop to have damages and repairs done by his insurance they noticed that there was damage sustain from a previous accident. Parts were glued on and one part was completely gouged like a can opener was taken to it. Nothing was bolted onto that part so they probably did not bother to fix it. Now his insurance is not going to fix a lot of the issues because it was damaged and not repaired properly the first time. MIND you that he never was involved in another accident AND DIAMOND HONDA NEVER disclosed that it was in an accident. They even showed him Carfax which was either incomplete or come to find out it can take 6 months for an accident to show up on Carfax. SO I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. STAY AWAY.

Do not go to this dealer. Never ever go to this dealer. These people do not have a clue about customer service. I bought a new Honda for my girlfriend (all cash deal) and to install interior illumination, a trunk tray and an auto trimming mirror they wanted me to come and hang out for 4 hours. No loaner car. No appointment. Just wait 4 hours! Pitiful.

Beware of the signing process. Everything went well up to the final moments. They pressured us to buy options we didn't ask for or want. The list price changed significantly without an itemized list of why. We wanted to see price breakdowns and the bottom line. Instead, we were made to feel like we were the ones being unreasonable and wasting their time asking for clarification. It was all about the sale to the manager. You spend 8 hours waiting. They know you are tired and don't want the time spent to be in vain. They used this to their advantage to pressure us into a purchase that was thousands above fair market value. That's right, thousands! They claimed it was upside down because of the previous lease, but we paid out of pocket to remedy that. Helpful guys? I think not. No random acts of kindness during signing. We trusted Honda. We love the car... but .... this buying experience signifies why people don't trust car dealerships.
