I do not know how much the railway attaches importance to customers. Now I thought through the impudence of her colleague in the ICE 989 (from Augsburg Hbf departure 7:34 clock to Munich-Pasing arrival 7:56 clock, on 13.02.2019), that I am here times know what happened.

Considering how advanced Germany is in many other aspects the train system is not advancing as much. In fact, it's degenerated I think and it's gotten worse. All the while prices have continuously gone up! The S Bahn in Berlin at night is also a special treat. Drunks, drug addicts and crazy people are a normal inconvenience you have to deal with and you can only hope to not be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
