Dear railway company!

What you do with the passengers - just amazing!
To the many delays, train cancellations, overpriced tickets and other insane things, the replacement bus service is the crowning glory of the madness.
I travel to Berlin almost every day for work. My shift ends at 8:00 p.m. If I arrive in Frankfurt Oder at 9:08 p.m., shuttle service leaves at 9:00 p.m. The next bus leaves at 23:25 (direction: Cottbus).
Why do the driving gestures have to be tortured like that? Why can't you adapt the connections to one another?
I find that you contribute to greater unemployment because these situations, which unfortunately are very common, can be overcome by employees and employers.
Pure madness!
