Booked a ticket on the internet and after the booking it suddenly said it was for another day. So I'm sitting there without a ticket. System error and no way to reach someone, except I want to still 20 for a not leading the lead phone because DB service wants to be paid for making calls. Very bad service. No other possibilities.
