70% of all trains are said to be on time. This may apply to regional trains. In the long-distance trains, it is barely 30%, if you can trust the scoreboards. Even where trains are used (such as Cologne-Berlin), they often leave twenty minutes later and arrive at their destination 40 minutes later than the timetable. The poor staff has to listen to the frustration of the travelers. However, the addressees are completely different: in the executive chairs in the Bahntower.
