Great customer service. Love collecting NECA products.

They were hellacool bout a customer service situation.

NECA probably releases the best retro figures with 21st-centurystyle production value & imaging quality ever & i would've been super stoked if there was an Ultimate Freddy figure when i was little! They also make hella stuff based on current characters to & their Ultimate line is definitely in my top 3, for best 6.5-7in action figures. Especially for $20-25. But if u wait to long, maybe $50-100, just depends on time & place of purchase. Their figures include plenty of accessories & sculpted almost perfectly, whoever character the figure might be based on & some sick diorama/accesory sets that match certain figures to.1 thing tho is they definitely need more licenses to make more different 6.5-7in figures. Ok there's like 43 types of Freddykruger, Jason, Predator, Adamwest Batmans & Terminator 6.5-7in & 1/4 figures & like 2 BatManBegins/Darknight figures in that scale. So I'd be stoked if they released like an Ultimate Snakepliskon or an Ultimate Michaelmyers figure etc etc in the near future, either way NECA'still dope.

Poor costumer service and horrible quality control.
