I drove 1st class from 10pm to 6am for the first time. Seat reservation included and comfort cchekin confirmed and at 10 p.m. I was also checked (ok).
Then at 3 o'clock the conductor (staff change) bluntly wakes us three up in the compartment (although thanks to the comfort check-in you could have seen that and in 1st class every seat is reserved anyway - .-.)
The saddest thing about the story is that when asked, she said that it wasn't her problem. I replied that you could take this as feedback for the entire company, so that you could offer a better service in the future. It swarmed away.

We all arrived very tired. The added value of 1st class with good service does not seem to me. Abroad, 2nd class has more legroom for less money. I am 185cm and could sleep for maybe 20 minutes. The other women after the unwanted wake up at 3 o'clock were both too angry to be able to sleep again.

For flexible prices with combined booking of the outward and return journey, one should assume that both the return journey before the respective first day of validity can be canceled free of charge. However, the day of validity of the outward journey applies to the return journey. If you want to go back later, for example, you will drop 19.90, which in many cases exceeds the ticket price.

A separate booking of the outward and return journey therefore always makes sense per se, since a combined booking costs exactly the same compared to the individual bookings, but you can cancel the return journey free of charge if you book separately before the 1st day of the return journey. So either your booking system is programmed extremely unfavorably or in my opinion you are doing fairly customer-unfriendly deception.

I've been traveling by train to the Eifel for 30 years. The ICE to Cologne is the best train and also personnel. I really liked the ride during Christmas. Thanks for the nice trip

It makes ecological sense to illuminate the headquarters outside of business hours!

With the mask campaign, Deutsche Bahn makes itself untrustworthy. How can you trust a conductor who wants to play his power to innocent people like you and me? Forget about the so-called rules and take the side of the citizens!

Completely uninformed Kontolleure !!!
I was issued a Fahrpreisnacherhebung over 60 , because I allegedly with my ticket was not allowed to take a bike.
That was not true at all, I contacted my ticket provider, who then told me that I was right and the Kontrolluin is just uninformed.
