Very disappointing. Instead of apologising for their stuff ups and mistakes (train didn't run due technical faults), DB personnel were arrogant, rude and gave me bad attitude. No proper advice was provided what to do to still get to Frankfurt Flughafen in time to catch my overseas flight. There's still a long way to go...
