You managed to turn me from a rail enthusiast into a DB hater. Four years of commuting with constant incidents. Delays, passing and canceled trains, racist or condescending employees, no BC extension information, but constantly other advertising emails, broken air conditioning, broken heating, trains overcrowded, defective seat displays, defective WiFi, people ... the list is endless. Now drive again and I'm very happy.
