Buying a car here is not the problem. The service is horrible and will cause me to never buy from them again.
Exceptionally disappointed in DePaula service for at least the 3rd time.
1. After bringing my car in for routine new car service, it came back unwashed, a porley done brake job and the fender popped out of place.
2. Today I was driving down the highway and multiple warning lights and messages sounded. One of these was brakes. I was nearby and came in with my 2 small children. I waited over 20 minutes to speak with a service rep all while the manager sat in his office. Upon finally telling the service rep what was happening.... that it just came on.... he asked if I had an appointment. When I informed him (again) that I did not have an appointment as many lights just came on as I was driving he told me I could drop it off and leave it for a few days because on a Saturday (the busiest day of the week as I was informed of when I called while driving in) they only had 1 technician (there were at least 5 that I could see from where I was standing) and he had no clue when he could get to it.
This employee was not even able to tell me if the warnings were routine and ok to drive to a different shop. He stated there were no curtosey vehicles while there were multiple sitting out front.

I have no clue why we bought from this dealer in the first place. Every time I have come there has been no hint of service commitment or responsibility for the vehicle they sold despite multiple occasions of malfunctions rendering the vehicle incapable of driving in it's short 2 years since buying it brand new.

Please find elsewhere to purchase your new vehicle from as the follow up service and care for their customers is nearly non existent.
