although I have a Buick Lacrosse, I always take my car for service to DePaul's. First of all my service advisor, Mark Rosebeck, is outstanding in everyway. He has taken care of me for years and is the primary reason I return time and time again to DePaula's . His advice has been dependable and invaluable. He tells me what I need and even more important, what I don't need at that time. Consequently, I have been a loyal customer and have recommended service at DePaul's to my friends and co-workers regardless of the make of car.
I can always depend on getting a ride to and from work, mostly from Erin whose friendly disposition brightens up the beginning and ending of my workday.
In summary, I give five stars to DePaul and its staff. - David Rosenblum
