Took 2 hours to replace a tire. Usually this place is on their "A" game but maybe it was because it was Monday. Very disappointed. Not much conversation or rapport building with sales rep, very dry... Didn't try to capture my business, but sent a text of how I can track the progress of the service I was having done. Didn't talk about the program "Service Now, Pay Later", would have been interested in doing that, but never even offered.
