I wanted to take the opportunity to write to you and let you know that I recently completed my A-12 service on my 2014 Honda Odyssey with Megan at Honda of Frisco. My experience was fantastic. I was hesitant at first because I wasn t quite sure how the set up would be at the service center with all the rules etc Related to Covid 19. However Megan reassured me at The time that I set up the appointment that everything would be touchless and managed with cleanliness and disinfection. She was not only very knowledgeable and professional she was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with the fact that I got pictures to show me what was wrong with the car beyond the typical service issues. This really visualized for me the issues that were going on with my car and encouraged me to act upon them immediately.
In addition to all that, I feel her communication with me was excellent as it related to status of my vehicle and a skirt issue I was having with my car. She even offered a discount to keep my service issues at your dealership versus taking them to discount brakes down the street where it was cheaper.
Please take a moment and recognize her for me amongst her peers as I think it s very important that everybody know the extra effort she puts into her clients and the service that she provides!!
