I have memory issues, forgot to check my calendar, got a l010 call when at CUB saying the Pronto technician was at my house. I made it home in 10 or 15 minutes and Jeff was waiting. He was genuinely pleasant and understanding and actually helped me bring in my groceries. If I was still in business (I'm 87), I'd love to have him representing me. I hope Pronto values him.
