My 3rd furnace and A/C replacement in the last 10 years (3 different homes), every installer was professional and explained options to best suit our needs. In 1 house, Pronto ran the math to determine proper sizing and found the previous unit was significantly oversized, saving me $$ on install and providing a solution that made the home more comfortable. I have bid out the work before and Pronto came prepared, was cost competitive, explained options.
