Very impressed with Pronto. We have had issues with our furnace purchased and serviced by Genz Ryan since it was installed 7 years ago. This was the second motor to go out on our Lennox furnace. We were quoted over $2,000 to replace it by Genz Ryan, and since they haven't really solved our inconsistent air flow issues with the system we decided to go with another company to see what they would say. Called Pronto, they came right out same day. Robbie was great. He confirmed that it indeed needed a new motor, but this time it was installed correctly by him at a far better cost of $1200. He never bad mouthed the competition, but when I pressed him as to some things that were told to me by Genz Ryan, he did tell me that some things weren't true. When I brought up that this was the second time the motor was replaced, he said that he could tell because it wasn't installed correctly. That installer had missed putting the pipe in correctly, leaving the backside of the pipe open which caused a leak in the airflow. I'm very happy with Robbie and Pronto, and even signed up for a maintenance plan with them at very little extra cost over this repair.
