We purchased a new furnace from Pronto in October ...

We purchased a new furnace from Pronto in October 1st. One of the things the sales person stressed was a three different rebates we would receive. He stressed that Pronto takes care of filing the rebates and so it s quick and easy. We are still waiting on $1000.00, my wife called them over a month ago and was told oops they didn t file the rebates. So after three weeks of no rebate or call back from Pronto my wife called again. They said oops the rebates were not filed, but they would put a rush on it . I called and spoke with Maria (the office representative my wife spoke with) to discuss the problem. She said the sales representative was no longer employed and they didn t show my wife s initial call. I said that shouldn t be our problem. Maria said she was going to talk to the service manager to see if they could refund us directly. Maria or the service manager were to call me back by the of the day. Surprise neither of them called, an Email was sent to my wife saying they sent the refund paperwork and asked Bryant to put a rush on it..I m sorry but to have a customer wait three months to get $1000.00 is ridiculous. I emailed back asking why Maria didn t call or respond to my initial call. I also let her know I thought they should refund us and we can give the rebate refund when we got them. Another Email that basically said like it or lump it. It s been a day and still no call. Wishing I had gone with Lasalle Heating and Air Conditioning. Horrible customer service. This is my first review I ve ever posted anywhere. Be wary of promises this company makes.
