I had two different people from Dean's Professional Services come to my house, diagnose my AC problem and tell me there was nothing wrong with my system. Jessica came over from Pronto and within 20 minutes had identified the problem. She was great and really knew her stuff with the Mitsubishi mini-split system I have.
