If there was a lower star i would give them. I called them over the winter months for a heat pump diagnostic. The technician showed up at the door and informed me that they don't service heat pumps. I argued that Pronto should have informed me over the phone that heat pumps can't be serviced when its lower than 60 degrees. He forced me to pay $145 trip charge after calling his manager. I called Pronto customer service and the lady was extremely rude and loud over the phone. She kept on repeating that the technician did what he was supposed to do which was diagnose the issue. Basically he driving all the way to inform me that they can't service heat pumps when it's 40 degrees outside. Long story short i threatened to dispute my credit card charge and she responded in an extremely rude and racist way that she will refund the trip charge and moving forward they won't work with me and basically blacklist me.

Horrible experience! I will make sure that everybody i know never call pronto for any of their needs. There are much customer friendly companies out there. I'm never calling Pronto again!

Edit: The response from the owner is absolutely wrong. I did not refuse payment and can show proof on my credit card. The equipment is not broken and everything is working fine. An hour was not spent on diagnostics because heat pumps cannot be diagnosed or even serviced in winter. They should have never came out.
