Our furnace died last July on a hot, sticky Saturday. After doing some online research into what brand we wanted for replacement, we were thrilled to get a Pronto Sales Rep out that day, at 5 pm. Have been quite happy with the furnace all winter... however this summer, the fan, when running to circulate air (when A/C condensing unit was NOT running), seemed to be barely moving the air. Upstairs rooms seemed to be stuffy as a result. That s when we decided to call Pronto. They were able to get out the next day, and adjust the fan speed to our satisfaction.
