We thought our water heater had died and Pronto technician Haso was out at 10 AM the next day to replace it. He checked our breaker box and discovered the breaker had been accidentally turned off. We really appreciate the prompt service, and particularly that he identifed the real problem and was able to eliminate the need to replace the water heater. Pronto will definitely be our first call in the future. Thank you again!
