To say I am extremely disappointed would be an und...

To say I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and in the first 25 days of owning the vehicle we have had to take it back to the shop to be repaired, which left our family with only 1 car for approximately 7 days. My husband had to take off work the very next day after we purchased it to take it in due to a tire issue. Here was our only request on buying a vehicle. We wanted a 'reliable' vehicle, yet we did not receive one. The sales person and finance people were very nice and professional when we purchased the vehicle, service manager has been very professional and nice. It is not the people we have an issue with it is the response we have received from the dealership. We sent a letter to Mr. Demers the dealership manager and have not received any response from him at all, not even an acknowledgement that he received the email, not a call to try to work with us on a win win solution. So.. in closing I would just go to another dealership and really research how they handle issues with vehicles purchased at their dealership. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone I know, not only that but where I work I talk to about 100 people a week and I have not problem telling them my experience with Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Washtenaw Ave in Ypsilanti.
Update February 2018: Well after looking at the reviews I noticed the owner does not respond to bad review, oh wait.. he responded to my husbands post, but not mine.. I am going to have to assume since my name is not on the loan I do not count. Any who... we had to replace the rim on our vehicle because... they moved a bent rim from the front of the vehicle to the back .. within in less than 24 hours after buying said car, we had an issue.. they told us it was a balancing issue.. however, the paperwork states the rim was bent, however, we were never told this.. oh so my husband posted about the rim and received a response from the owner on his review then the sales rep called and said 'this is not right' I'll talk to my manager and get back with you.. lets see.. that was um..last week still no call, did I mention that I had sent an email directly to the general manager and it took 3 weeks for him to respond stating he never received the email. Well.. I used the email on the main web page.. so there must be a disconnect. So..now we have had the vehicle for 4 months and had to replace a rim which was bad to begin with when we bought the car. Not that they will respond to this review or even call my husband back like promised.. but I will continue to tell my store about how bad this experience has been at Cueter in Ypsilanti.

Had a clutch repaired about 3 years ago during the worst winter storm, was overcharging for the repair, what should have been about an $800 fix. I was charged about 2200. Couldn't get a tow truck to get my vehicle out of their repair facility, because the state stopped towing because of the weather. So I was stuck paying the rediculus price they gouged me with, I have bought more than a few cars from them. But I will never set foot in cutter chrysler again!

Hello, This might seem like a long story but it has an happy ending, I wanted a car but I didn t know where to go so my uncle told me to go to a dealership, and see what they have to offer. So I call up there and I spoke to Colleen ( Sells Representative) who set me up an appointment and told me to come in the next day, when I got there I was greeted by Colleen herself and she told everything I need to know about financing a car. I told what kind of car I was looking for and what my budget, Colleen went straight to work find me the right car with the price. So she say we have a couple cars out front if you want to see, she show all the cars (with were fantastic cars) but then she show me 2017 Jeep renegade, I look at the car and she say you wanna drive it? Take it for a spin and I ll check on your paperwork, so I took it for a short ride and Instantly instantly fell in love with the car.

Came back to the dealership and she show me a couple more cars, but my mind was made up I wanted the 2017 Jeep renegade, so we went back inside and started the processing everything for the car. For my first time car buying I was super nervous but Colleen was there every step of the way and I really thank her for helping her and the rest of the team I can t forget about them

So from the bottom of my heart, Thank you guys so much for helping with my first car purchase and Big shouts to Colleen

Honestly worst dealership I ve ever had the pleasu...

Honestly worst dealership I ve ever had the pleasure to walk into. I had ordered a part to this location. The moment I walked in employees began to stare at me, with nobody coming up asking me if I needed any help. I walked into what seemed to be a office, and no one was even there! I stood for 30 minutes there while mechanics were staring at me (through the glass window). I called their number on Google and was put on hold for over 15 minutes! When I walked out to ask for help from a sales person, he just looked at me and laughed. I don t know if it was cuz I wasn t there to buy a car, or maybe of my young age, or maybe my skin color was an issue. Most definitely not pleased with the way I was treated and ignored. After spending almost an hour waiting, I finally got my part. They were much happier helping the older white gentlemen that walked in after me than myself. If I could give a 0 I would. If you are young, need a part, or a minority stay away, that s the vibe and message I received here. They obviously don t have time for people like us here.
P.S. after I finally got my part I took it to my shop and they even told me how rude these people are! The mechanic even told me he goes out of his way and order parts to the saline location instead of this one that is around the block!!!
This is also my first negative review of any business ever, such a shame it had to be because of this.

I was looking for my first car and I was stuck between the Chevy Cruze and the Dodge Dart. The Dart, being new, was extremely hard to find in a model I could afford. Not only did they find the trim I REALLY wanted, they made it work for my budget. I honestly felt like I got an awesome deal that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. Steve Demers and Don Byrd spent a lot of time looking for the car and crunching the numbers to make it work. They were understanding of my budget and (this isn't an exaggeration) took care of me like someone in their family I love my new Dart Rallye and I wouldn't think of taking my business anywhere else. Cueter sold me my 1st new car and I wont forget how they helped me. Thanks guys!

We bought our van from Cueter and have only taken it there for repairs. Recently we had a great experience with the help of Jabreel in the service department. He is a knowledgeable, helpful service advisor. He is willing to take the time to explain all the charges for different services. He wants to be sure that you are satisfied. Jabreel cares and is courteous. Satified customers keep come back and we will! A great person in service is hard to find today as dealerships are extremely busy and there is often a wait for an appointment. Thank you, Jabreel. You are the best and we appreciated you going the extra mile to help with several issues!

We have bought two vehicles from Cueter, both times our sales were ok. Bought a new 2019 Dodge Ram at a different dealership and felt better about the sale there. But mainly this review is about the service department, I went there before to have service done on my 2012 Jeep and I should have learned the first time but after a couple of years I decided to try them again and was there yesterday. Their service hasn't improved any the work they did on the jeep was fine but whatever happened to customer service? they make you go out and wander around their lot to find your vehicle which is difficult for me to do I finally had to return and ask that someone bring my vehicle to me only to find out it was in an area that I wouldn't have been able to get to anyway. Anyway after speaking with the manager of the service department I know in my temper I did not give him a chance to really speak but I will not be using this dealership again even if it means driving a lot further away to get service done.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change (and yet another 2 recalls on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica...that's a different complaint). Picked up my vehicle and my light grey trim was covered in oil. The seat was adjusted in every which way possible, including a significant back recline. The steering wheel was also adjusted. The AC was changed, set to a very low temp and on high. The tire pressure gauge was showing on the dash panel (instead of the MPH) and all tires were showing a different pressure, one tire was registering low...clearly the tire pressure was not "set" as indicated on my receipt. My vehicle was with the service department for a full day. I question what was done with my vehicle. Extremely dissatisfied.

I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! I worked with Ben and he really helped me to get a great deal on a Jeep Wrangler. My experience at this dealership was so positive as they were friendly (and not pushy) and transparent about the pricing. As someone who is nervous to go into a dealership and has had bad experiences in the past, this dealership (and Ben) really changed my outlook to see that getting a new car can be a great experience all around.

Got an oil change yesterday. The service advisor was great! He told me it was going to be about an hour or so, okay, not a problem. I was expecting that. He wanted to have my car washed, cool! I'm thinking another 5-7 minutes. I'm okay with that.
1. I was not expecting an additional 20 minutes for my car to get washed, it shouldn't take that long.
2. It doesn't take 2 guys to drive my car a few feet, as he leaned back in the driver seat as if he's gangsta! Really?! Umm, no!
The service advisor did apologize for the long wait for my car wash, even he was upset about it.

The work has been completed on my 2012 Jeep and it...

The work has been completed on my 2012 Jeep and it works fine. The problem that I have is the lack of transparency on charges and services completed. Here are 5 issues I encountered and hopefully I can help you avoid the headaches I experienced. 1. G.O.G Charge - It was never explained to me that this would be a part of the charge. They charged me $233.86 in G.O.G.'s. I consider this a hidden charge because their is no part number associated with it. I still don't even know what G.O.G's means. Additionally, when the job was completed the service adviser gave me 10% off. After looking at the bill, this did not apply this to the G.O.G charge. He did not explain this to me at all. 2. The "Parts Charges" - The parts were all above Mopar MSRP, up to 44% higher. For example, spark plug charge. Cueter charged me $8.64 and Mopar has the part listed as $6.00 (44% higher). Considering, they changed out 16 spark plugs, they charged me $42.24 more than the Mopar MSRP in total. This was the same for every part that I purchased costing me $72.13 more than Mopar MSRP on the total bill. 3. After initial inspection, force the service adviser to break out the total bill - The adviser did give me a high level break out. For example, he included the spark plug change in what he called a "tune up". I did not see the spark plugs broken out until I was at the cashier. 4. Labor charge - It appears there is no standard hour rate and it depends on the part. For example, the notes state 1 hour for the tune up and 1 hour for the transmission fluid. Even though they took the same amount of time (according to the R.G.A worksheet), the labor charge was $95 higher for the Tune Up. 5. Focus on your bill and do your homework. Challenge them on the G.O.G. charge and compare parts charges w/ Mopar online. The service adviser decided to talk to me about my personal life when I was cashing out, trying to befriend me and completely distracted me from what I should have been focusing on...."The Bill". In the end, instead of providing me with outstanding value, this dealer only provided me with a headache, empty wallet, and doubts on how long the repairs will last. I would certainly be open to making the situation right, but I would imagine I am just another customer that Cueter can wipe their hands clean of. For a breakdown of my entire bill, see the attached photo. After a thorough review, I believe I should be owed about $305.99. UPDATE: The service manager contacted me and sent a customer satisfaction check in the amount of $95.32. I applaud him for addressing my frustration.

I have brought my Jeep for service recently to Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
the service department person named Adam was highly professional, knowledgeable and above all ethical. He treat me with dignity, and respect. He was willing go extra miles to ensure all my needs are attended and fulfilled. it is rare to see a young man in these day an age who is committed his profession with enthusiasm and courtesy.
I will never hesitate to do business with you particularly Ypsilanti location. More importantly I highly recommended your services to all my friends and associates.
Thank you,

My car buying experience was well, but what I ve h...

My car buying experience was well, but what I ve had to deal with afterwards, not so much. Firstly, I was told that the dealership would be handling my plate. They gave me a temporary tag and told me the title and registration would come in the mail, and that I d have to come back and pick up my plate. I ordered a special Veterans plate. Some time later, my temporary tag was about to expire. I got a text message from the salesperson and she asked me to come and fill out an application for the Veterans plate. Instead, I had them email it to me, I printed it off, filled it out, and sent it back. By this time, the tag has expired and I m driving around with it. Then I was told to come in and they would put a dealer plate on my Jeep. Keep in mind, I don t live in the city where the dealership is located. So, I have to take time out of my day, use my mileage, and gas to go back up there. Then I get another text days later telling me to come BACK to dealership to give them their plate back and so they can give me a new temporary tag. When I get there, the salesperson gives me my registration and it says Navy Veteran on it. I m an Army Veteran. I make her aware of this and she goes to talk to someone to see what s going on. Then I was told that they did everything right on their end, so it must have been the Secretary of State s error. At this point, they don t know if this is a simple typo or if my plate will state Navy Veteran. She told me she d get back to me later that day. She did not. Days later, I texted her asking for an update. She didn t respond. I texted her again and she finally responded. She told me that she doesn t know what happened and they recommend that I go up to SOS to investigate and get the problem fixed. At this point I m furious because I don t feel it s my responsibility to fix this program. So, I asked her, I m responsible for fixinf this? She responds, absolutely not, let me get to the bottom of this. Then she texted me back telling me that the SOS did screw up and that they would be updating the registration and sending me a new plate in the mail. Shortly after, the incorrect plate came in the mail. Then she texted me, days later, telling me that the registration has come in and asked me when I d be able to pick it up. I explained to her that I was not going to be picking it up because I do not live or work in the area and I wasn t coming back up there for a 3rd time. I asked her to mail it and after a few exchanges, she agreed and I eventually got it in the mail. So, here we are, almost two months later, and I m still driving around with a temporary tag and no plate. Here is the issue. I was at the dealership way too long for things to not be in order. They should have never let me leave without filling out the special plate application. I was highly inconvenienced having to rush home to print an application off, fill it out and send it back to them. And while the SOS error may not have been the dealership s fault. Things were not done professionally from the beginning. Also. They should not have given me a tag that expired so quickly in the first place. Especially if they knew the plate was going to take that long to come. And if they didn t know, they should have. So, my disdain is with the dealership. I do not appreciate having to drive back and forth to Ypsilanti multiple times. And I am not happy about putting those unnecessary miles on my brand new vehicle. I even let a potential buyer test drive my vehicle while I was waiting up at the dealership when it was mine already. So, I m very disappointed with everything they put me through. As of now, as stated above, I have my registration but I m still waiting on my plate in the mail from the SOS.

Their service was expensive and technician was not honest.

I asked for a regular maintenance on my Dodge Dart (essentially oil change and tire rotation). I had a red mark on my right rear tire and after I come back home I noticed the marked tire was still on the right rear side. In other words, they actually never rotated my tire but I still got charged for it on the bill.
Needless to say I was asked $140+ for the maintenance. People please watch out for their dishonest technician.

Took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited in for a recall. I mentioned to the service member that my check engine light was on, and provided the code. To my surprise the service member charged me for a diagnostic check.. Confirmed the code, and provided an estimate that exceeded 2,400. Was charged $130 for the diagnosis that I provided. I would no recommend this dealership for service. When asked about a detailed report, it confirmed the exact code provided, without additional details. This experience has left a negative impression and will not continue business. As a Mopar enthusiast, I will not purchase a gladiator from this dealer and will support surrounding dealers instead. Worked with Jibreel Hussein. The shuttle driver was timely, provided great communication and was positive overall, unfortunately I can't say anything positive about the service I recieved at the shop.

The person who helped us was nice and friendly. Both times we have visited Cueter to look at used cars, they have shown us cars that were not serviced or detailed yet. We ended up not going with those vehicles. Appearances aren't everything in a car but driving a dirty and stinky used car doesn't add much to buying experience. They really need to be quicker about cleaning their inventory in my opinion.

I bought a new 2017 Pacifica from them less than three years ago. One year later, it started experiencing push-button start and stalling issues. Basically, it would often fail to start and it would stall while driving. I have taken it to them for a total of SEVEN times now, but they still have failed to fix it. It s currently with them for the eighth time, but I have lost hope in them fixing it. This was my first time owning an FCA vehicle, and will certainly be my last.

I had an O2 sensor replaced on my wrangler and the mechanical service seems fine, but the price was high. The initial paperwork showed my CEL code and indicated that it was an O2 sensor (which I already knew) and the initial estimate of $98 was actually a diagnosis fee. This was misleading. After they looked at it further, they came back and told me it was going to be $365. They charged me $80 for the part and $250 (prorated) for an hour of work. In Grand Rapids, they quoted me $160 for the part and labor at Van Andel and Flikkema. That is way cheaper even if you add a $100 diagnosis fee. I would recommend looking around because Cueter is priced high (at least for this repair). The service manager was courteous and helpful during my inquiry about their high rates, but demographics do not explain the extreme cost differential between Grand Rapids and Ypsilanti. Hopefully they take my feedback into account. If I need another O2 sensor, I will be doing the repair myself. Lesson learned. Don't try to save time by letting the dealership do fairly simple jobs, even when in grad school.

I recently bought a 2020 Gladiator. I was very specific with the color and features I was looking for and my Sales Associate Colleen Pisazczalski was extremely helpful! She took the time to make sure she found the right fit and worked hard to make sure I had a fair price for my trade as well as a reasonable selling price.
Just got it last week and I have already broke her in all over Michigan. So many people approach me asking how I like the Gladiator and of course I tell them I love it! Attached is a picture of her first visit to Lake Huron. :)
