The team at Cueter did everything they could to get me in my Jeep the same day I signed. The sales rep Jacob had outstanding customer service and got me everything I asked for without cutting corners. Even a few months after I drove off, I was still able to contact with Jason my sales manager, the and talk about unexpected issues that arose. I won't go anywhere else for my jeeps now. Highly Highly recommend this dealer!

Very friendly and straightforward salespeople. Clearly explained the leasing options. Worked with me to get all available discounts and even provided the extra yearly mileage I need at no extra cost. Arrived at 930am, test drove, and was leaving with new Wrangler by 1130am!

Cueter staff has been very helpful and accommodating (and even understanding for our always on the move kids). Big shout out to Zach for getting us into the car we wanted quickly and smoothly.

Last but not least, kudos to Chrysler for being the only brand with a plug-in hybrid in 3rd row seater on the market.

I don't normally write reviews but now is the time to start. I had work done on my town and country, i normally don't go to the dealership to get work done because I know they up the price however with the way they are making these cars now I rather take it back to the people that makes them lol. Anyway the people where very nice and I was super excited that my van was done before the day was over. However now after coughing up a lot of money especially a mommy of 4 my van sounds worse than it did when I dropped it off . On top of it my van didn't get the car wash others said they got lol... I was supposed to spend Easter with my family however I couldn't because it was no way we were going to be able to drive it out of town. Now I'm scheduled to drop it off again on Tuesday hoping to be able to update my post with a 5star

A co worker referred me to Cueter, i was impressed with the quick response that I received from the sales rep Rusty however i was not impressed with the service. I was told I needed to show that i filed divorce and give them copies in order to received the keys to the car. Im not sure what that anything to do with me purchasing a vehicle seeing as though i was never ask to provided his information. I leased the vehicle on Friday and had to take it back to Cueter for service Saturday because i had no brakes. Saturday i had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby with my 2 year old son for the wait for a rental. Finally i was given the 2nd choice of car they tried to lease me instead of a rental car from Hertz. On monday morning i received a call from a gentleman from Cueter inquiring about the chips in my window shield. I explained to him i just got the car Friday and turned it back in Saturday due to no brakes, i would not know how long the chips have been there or how they got there. He offered to fix the chips, later i received another call asking if i would do a conference call with my insurance provided Geico. During the call i was informed my insurance did not cover the chips and because they had already fixed the chips i would owe $50. I was unsure why they looked at the wind shield in the first place if they hadn't even looked at the problem which was the brakes. On Thursday I received a call stating that I could pick up my car. When i got there it took 20 minutes, no one knew that I had "their rental" and no one knew where i needed to return the keys too. Two days after receiving the car back, i received a call from the company that leased me the car advising me that I didn't have full coverage. Why was i not informed of this and why was i given the keys? Were they not aware of this? I am very disappointed that i was leased a vehicle with no brakes and had my child in the car and almost experienced a death accident, i am disappointed that the fee for the windshield was not waived due to only having the vehicle for a day and i am very disappointed that it seems the only concern this company has is selling cars, and collecting money and commission.

We purchased a used vehicle. Cheri, our salesperson, was great! She was very kind, took the time to understand what we wanted, and did everything she could to find us the perfect vehicle. Overall everyone at Cueter was helpful, informative, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

This was only my second time purchasing a new vehi...

This was only my second time purchasing a new vehicle and it was SOO much better than my first new vehicle purchase at a different dealership. At the Ford dealership I bought my last car from, the salesman was not friendly and did not seem interested in anything except selling me my car and sending me on my way. I knew when I left that I would not return to him to buy my next car. My experience at Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge purchasing my newest vehicle was wonderful. Ben Heusel was my salesman and he was great. He did not try to sell me features that I was not interested in, unlike most salesmen I've come across. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable talking with him about what I wanted and did not want. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or that he was trying to get the most money out of me that he could (which is how I felt with my last car purchase). He even stayed past closing time to make sure I knew how to use all of the features in my new Jeep. The process took a little longer than I anticipated but the general manager Steve Demers made sure that I was compensated for my time which was very kind of him. I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for a new car! Thanks again!

Being a long time GM buyer and a retired GM employee, I was amazed at the quality of the Jeep line of products. I received the best customer service from the sales department along with a very professional sales person, he knew how to read what I was looking for by our conversation and had just the SUV that I was looking for.
Great Job Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge. You won me as a new and hopefully a long time customer.

If your looking for a used car please don t go here. I got a used car from them 3 days later I was calling with issues and it s been down hill ever since. I have had the car for about a year and I have Paid a total of 850ish in repairs. Their slogan is relax we will take care of you and that s what they will tell you when they have your car for 2 to 3 weeks...... relax. This place is joke from the sales team to the service team. They say their used cars are quality inspected before they sale them. No they place bandaids over the issues reset your batteries so that none of the light come on until you sign your papers work then say your stuck with it. -Jessica

The GM, Steve, and online sales associate, Ben H., were a great help from start to finish. Immediately, they contacted me regarding exactly what options or color choices I was looking for. Within 24 hours the two had a few cars on the lot to choose from. Even when I was looking for a very specific car, the uncommon color (Commando Green), a manual transmission, and the power convenience package on a 2dr Wrangler, they got me into my new car within a week of my online request! Great service, friendly yet professional staff.

Went here to look at a car, before they would even show me a vehicle they wanted to run my credit. I objected but was assured it would not be a hard inquiry on my credit report. Well they lied. Now I've had a hard inquiry on my credit report for almost 2 years. These people are NOT honest car dealers.

As a customer, I was not happy with the customer service from the service department, they gave me the run around about the date my car would be done. They would give me a day, I would call they would say the next day, I would call again, same answer, I would show up on the finale day they told me my car would be ready........ Same thing not today, next Monday. Which is suppose to be today(1/08/18), guess what, I call and they say It's looking like tomorrow. Okay I tried being nice, polite& patient, I tried sending emails to the Service manager, (no response) . It has been almost a month, they are terrible about returning calls in a timely fashion. I literally would have to call the sells rep to get him to go to the back to have someone from the service department to return my call. My referral rate to Cueter Chrysler has gone down about 50%. To be honest they need to throw the whole service department away and build a new one!!!

Let me start off by saying I truly hate giving bad...

Let me start off by saying I truly hate giving bad reviews. It's not fun at all and I would also like to say one positive thing before the negatives. The sales department is ok and they are really friendly. However the device department is another story. I'm a college student who was looking to get rid of the troubles or old used vehicles so I purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot back in September 2014. As soon as I left the lot I started having issues. I heard creaking from the rear and then my Jeep started having a hard long starting. They fixed the creaking in the rear and I'm still hearing creaking from the front. I reported it and they claimed it wasn't detected. Back to the starting issue I took it in several times and they couldn't pull any codes. I understand Patriots have this issue. Finally after so many visits they said it was the fuel pump and replaced it around the beginning of April 2015. It was in the shop for 5 days. Plus when I got it back the vehicle wasn't aired out and the smell of fuel was really strong. But problem solved? No! April 17, 2015 I went to start up my Jeep and she had another long hard crank start. Then did it two more times. Jeep and Cueter has been helpful with not charging for the diagnostic and Jeep covered the rental but now I have no time whatsoever to take it back in and play find what's wrong with the Jeep. First off this is also used as my work vehicle and each day I'm without it isn't helping me. Second I feel I shouldn't have to keep something I'm no longer satisfied with. Third if I did put it in the shop again, which I can't, I wouldn't be able to afford putting fuel in the rental car plus pay daily insurance on the rental then pay to put it in my personal vehicle when I get it back. After paying it out the last time I'm not late on car insurance hoping they don't take the Jeep away. Fourth, I tried asking about swapping and it's not an option because I don't have enough equity yet. Bottom line I can't describe my level of frustration right now with Cueter. I loved my Jeep and now I feel this is a total slap in my face. I'm a young college student who just wants a stress/ worry free vehicle. I'm starting to not feel safe in the Patriot anymore. My customers that witnessed the starting issue won't request me anymore because they didn't feel safe. I wish I never Purchased the Patriot and quite frankly I wish I never Purchased it from Cueter. I'm not trying to steer anyone away from buying from Cueter because I heard bad things and was told not to go here but you can't go off what everyone say because everyone's experience will be different. It's a learning experience. I made a mistake and suffering for that mistake. As a young guy I assumed I was making the right choice so that I didn't have to worry about my old 2004 Trailblazer dying on me. I just refuse to stay stuck with this headache. I paid the Jeep off at the bank until August but I just don't want anything to do with the Patriot anymore. I have been nothing but nice and calm since I started having this issue right after leaving the lot. But it's only so much a person can take. I hate myself because I'm stuck with the worse mistake ever and my parents will not give me the cash to try trading. Despite my experience I still try referring people because the Sales people are awesome but none of my friends wanted to purchase from Cueter after seeing issues I'm going through. :(

I recently visited this dealership for an oil change. I was pleasantly greeted by Jordan, my service advisor. He was pleasant and even gave me information about my vehicle that no one had informed me of in the past. My vehicle was completed earlier than expected. I will definitely visit this dealership again.

I stopped by to begin the process of finding a specific used vehicle... Randy didn't pressure me at all and gave me realistic advice about how to go about finding my perfect car. I got the impression that his ultimate goal wasn't to sell me any vehicle. His end goal was to make sure that I was happy. I'll definitely go to him first when the time comes.

I did not have a good experience with this company...

I did not have a good experience with this company. I wanted to buy a jeep wrangler. I was very motivated to buy. I went into their parking lot and looked at their vehicles for a solid 30 minutes without anyone approaching me. I guess that's how they do it there? Anyway, I decided to look online and pricing since a few of their vehicles didn't have prices on them. They have a very nice "chat" option online so I used that. It worked well, but the person I was talking to wasn't a sales person, they were an assistant so it turned out I had to have them call me and talk. I told the man what I wanted and since I wanted half doors, I was going to factory order one. He said he had a busy day and he'd get back to me tomorrow. Two days later he sent an email with the specs for the jeep. I was a little put off that he made me wait an extra day, but he said he had the day off or something? no worries. I also received a text (not sure why. i didn't ever imply or express any interest in having a discussion about buying a jeep via text) asking me if i had questions but i ignored it. the next day around 4, i received a call from his assistant asking me if I had any questions. I did. i asked her them, but she didn't have any answers for me. she said he was busy and would call me back with answers. i said i was available until 5, and if that didn't work, he could call me tomorrow. Two days later he calls me around 9 or 10. I told him that before I purchase, I would like to take a jeep for a test ride. he said he'd be there until 2 but after that he would be busy. I said I'd try to come in before that. I got there around 11:30. when i entered there was a man waiting asking me if i need anything. i said i was there to meet the sales person. he escorted me to his desk and was very nice. he said he'd page my sales person as he wasn't at his desk. i waited 10+ minutes and seeing nobody in sight, I walked out. I was a customer with money ready to spend... It's odd that the sales person was a barrier instead of an assistant. I went to the suburban jeep place in ann arbor and had two sales people help me. i took a test drive, and they gave me a bunch of options for my build. they also returned emails right away, answered my calls and answered all of my questions all in the same day. i ordered with them. i miss good customer service.

on a side note, i was contacted the day after i first made contact with the sales person by a ... marketing firm or maybe a third party survey company about my experience with cueter. did not like that they give out my information to other companies regardless of it's purpose. they also did the same thing with my email address. they used it to send satisfaction surveys. i know it's helpful for them to outsource this, but they just gave my information to someone without my permission.

I highly recommend sales person Jim McKinnon 5 stars....but my vehicle had to go back for service right after receiving it. I had to spend $300 on a rim because I received the car with a damaged rim no front brakes no rear brakes . The manager of the dealer said we caused the damage. The did not do the 100 point inspection like they said otherwise it would have showed bad brakes and a damaged rim. Did anyone else notice no comments from the manager on the bad reviews. He called us to tell us we were to blame for the damage.

My first visit to your service dept. was incredible. Your dealership was very busy that day but I felt like I was your only customer !! Everyone I had contact with made sure I was being taken care of from the man that washed my truck after the service was completed to the general manager that also made sure my service needs were being taken care of.
I was also given a tour of all the departments at the dealership and introduced to the various dept. managers. I've purchased from other dealerships in the past but have never had such a positive, pleasant visit to a service dept. like I experienced that day. Maybe I should not of been so impressed because my purchasing experience was just as impressive with this dealership !!

have have had three oil changes t Cueter and had something go wrong with my car each time after I got it home. They let me drive away without rear lights on one occasion, whole light wiring harness needed to be changed....their price was WAY too high so took it to my own mechanic after I accidently discovered I had NO rear lights which I had going to the dealership. Most recently, oil change with "multi-point" inspection done, went home, less then 1 mile, fluid all in my driveway. They said my muffler was "cracked". My engine light came on, through it was emissions since they said my muffler was cracked, took it to muffler shop who showed me my muffler was fine but my water pump and thermostat needed changing. I called and talked with service manager who did nothing for me. They told me on another occasion I had some sort of p0roblem with my gas line or something. I said not to do anything, it was fine, no lights on when I took it to them, engine light on when I drove out. My mechanic said to change the gas cap, which I did,and it fixed the problem. Just beware of this dealership, do not think they are honest and it is more then coincidence that 3 times I had problems after they had services my vehicle. Why didn't the tech see my water pump was loose and anti freeze on the engine.......BEWARE

Beware of their misleading pricing tactics. Their website shows you a Cueter price. Then when you actually look into the vehicle you have to be a Chrysler employee to receive that!! It shouldn t be called a Cueter price it should be called a employee price. I hate places that participate in the bait and switch!!

We towed our Jeep to their shop on a Sunday, we filled out the overnight drop box papers, and they called us Monday morning. They let us know that there were vehicles there that had scheduled service ahead of us, but that they would try to get the diagnostics done in the afternoon. Not only did they get the diagnostics done, but they got the work done to fix our Jeep. We were able to pick it up Monday night. The women at the service check out was very friendly. Nice to find a service place that gives you a realistic picture of the timeline for your service. We previously went to LaFontaine in Saline to get work done, but they could never get a 'completion' deadline down. Sometimes I went for days in a rental because they still hadn't had time to look or fix my Jeep.

Came here because I have a Chrysler warranty, and it had been suggested to me I needed a new alternator. I don t know much about cars, so I thought a Chrysler dealer would help me out, maybe get a little maintenance done.
Wrong.
Charged me $130 dollars to tell me I had a bad battery, and that it would cost $300 to change. I told them I just wanted to take the car and do it myself, at which I was told they already drained the oil out of my car (as I had agreed to some maintenance) but then I found out that was an additional $75! I said I wanted no further work done at these extremely high prices, at which the service staff started to act much more rude.
I left spending $226 on a battery diagnostic and an oil change. Never in my life have I felt quite so ripped off.
Your service department is terrible.

Jabril from service was amazing. I was sold a faulty car by this place with "jerry rigged" wiring (as they put it) which broke down in 3 months... but Jabril was the reason that the car was fixed and back on the road in just a day! Super responsive, accommodating, helpful, and he ensured I had a fast repair. Would highly recommend working with him if you ever need service.

Cueter was the 3rd dealership we went that day, the first one was Hyundai Ann Arbor I don't like it cause rather than giving me an option she was pushing me with more payment and told me hilarious prices and informations. Next was suburban Ann Arbor, the guy was not that knowledgeable enough we think, he gave an opportunity for my husband to call other dealership which I was glad he called CUETER and spoke with DON. After talking to him, my husband decided we got there than moving on and keep talking to the guy in suburban. The moment we stepped in Cueter it felt so nice and it look liked a real car dealership that we are looking for. Yes, everybody was insanely busy, but still they look all happy and confident in what they are doing. Don was very nice. He ask me what I wanted and such, because this is my first car ever I was so happy and excited. 2014 Jeep cherokee is what I got and I can't help to smile whenever I see it. Overall, I (100%) recommend CUETER. They are very nice and happy to help you get the car you want. You won't regret it I promise:)

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to ...

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Kate Kendall and the entire sales staff did not hesitate to go the extra mile. One of the Jeeps I was interested in was not on their lot so they drove it all the way from Lansing to my business in Howell the very next day!

They handled the whole sales process in an impressive and extremely professional manner. These guys are true professionals all the way! The one thing I have to say I admired and appreciated the most is how humbly and sincerely they asked me for my business. To me, this shows class when a company tells you they will do everything they can to EARN your business in an ethical way. (I cannot tell you how many businesses I deal with who make you feel like they could care less if you did business with them or not!)

In most of my past experiences at car dealerships, I would typically interact with just one salesperson. At Cueter I was really blown away by how many other people on their staff I interacted with. From others salespeople, to managers, to finance folks, they all made me feel like they ALL wanted my business. This speaks volumes about their CULTURE. Culture is everything and you can feel it the second you walk in the door.

Too bad I do not live closer because I would definately bring my Jeep in for servicing at Cueter on a regular basis. Either way it was well worth the drive to purchase my new Jeep there!

Nice job Cueter. I am copying some of what you do in my business!

My experience was good however after looking down the list of reviews I'm curious as to why there are no replies from the owner or managers to the people who claim that they Didn't have a good experience, shouldn't they have gotten a response as well as those who praised cueter? Was new to the area and looking to buy a new Ram 1...

Was new to the area and looking to buy a new Ram 1500. Originally picked this dealer to test drive one and the sales representative (Zach M.) seemed upfront and honest. They didn't have a truck with the exact features I wanted but said they would look and see what they could find. Meanwhile, I test drove a vehicle and tried to negotiate with another dealer which didn't work out and I was not impressed. Went back to Zach and he found a vehicle, initiated a dealer trade and helped negotiate the price between myself and the dealer. Compared to other dealers on a similar build, their "advertised" Employee Price was more of a discount as well. First dealer was 10.7% compared to Cueter's 12.9%.

Long story short, I was not eligible for discounts from the parent company Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) because of my line of work (pretty suprised and should be changed... ). Although this wasn't the dealers fault, I still wanted part of that discount as we agreed upon a price that was in my range. I went to pick up the vehicle and finalize the deal and met with the sales manager (Justin S.) for the first time. After some talking he was willing to basically split the difference of the discount we were expecting from FCA which is what I was hoping for. DISCLAIMER: I did not go in here demanding an employee or friend discount, the dealership as well as myself both learned I was ineligible together so they knew I wasn't trying to scam a discount.

Ended up with about a 13% discount off MSRP only having $1500 in rebates. I applaud the Dealership on their ability to reach a deal, Zach for his hard work and honesty along the way, and the sales manager for being professional and willing to negotiate. Zach was probably the single best vehicle sales representative I have experienced dealing with

There was a seal for the sunroof drain on the truck that wasn't installed correct from the factory and the service department is fitting me in today although they are full they said. I was also missing the bed extender that comes with the truck because of the Bed Utility Group and RamBox storage but they wrote up a "We owe you" and I have no doubt I'll get it shortly.

Overall it was one of my better car buying experiences and so long as the maintenance department has a high standard too, I plan to not only buy any future FCA cars here but to recommend friends do the same.

Terrible service department. Thought sales was okay until yesterday. I bought a new 2015 Jeep Renegade back in September of 2015. My salesman David Mendoza was great. He was helpful and wasn't pushy. Had a good experience buying the car. A few months ago i noticed the window trim and seal was coming off. I took it in to service and they immediately said it was definitely a warranty item, looked it over, and got parts ordered. That was fine. They called and said the parts are in so I took it in, dropped it off, got a free rental, and picked it the next day. One day later I noticed the same problem. I took it back, and went through the same process. Once the parts came in I dropped it off and went to pick it up later that day. This is now the 4th time I have been to service between diagnosing the problem and repairing it. I walk up to my car and it doesn't look like they even did anything. I go back inside and they got the manager and he looked at it and agreed it was unacceptable and took it in the back. That makes it the 5th time it's been in the back. He comes out and informs me they can't figure it out and are creating a stars report with Chrysler to find a solution. He calls a few weeks later and got an answer and that new window tracks are ordered and they will can when it's in. They call and I take it back. It goes in the back for the 6th time. They call me a couple hours later and tell me the new part they received is damaged and that they ordered another new one. Now I'm even more unhappy than I was before. When I picked up my car, I noticed a letter on the seat saying my vehicle was on the high demand list and that they would like to talk to me about buying me out of it and putting me in a new car. So out of curiosity I go inside to see what they want to do, and state to every person that talked to me that I got this letter and was just curious about what we were looking at. They paired me up with Jeff C. He seemed like a great guy. Was very friendly. We talked, and he had me test drive a Cherokee and I hated it. So we talked about a new renegade or a patriot, and tried the patriot, and I told him I didn't love it, but didn't hate it. He then said that the patriot has lots of incentives and he was going to get some numbers. He came back with all the buying and leasing options for this patriot. He goes through them and says "so which of these works for you?" And I said "none. I don't have a down payment today, I was just curious how great of a deal you wanted to give me since you want my car." Which I told them upfront. Then he goes and gets John, a sales manager, who crunched the numbers for me back in September, and was doing them again for me yesterday. He looked very put off. He asks "so your not looking to get a new car today?" He was the second person I talked to that I told I was just curious. However while I was there they did have a couple of renegades I did think about trading to, so I replied "no I don't have a down payment today" he said"when could you have one?" I said "when I get my financial aid refund." He said "okay, here's my card, give me a call when you have it." Then Jeff walked me to the door. While the lot I had seen some used 2016 renegades I liked and asked "so is it possible to roll over the remainder of the loan I would owe after the buyout into financing for one of these used renegades and I got the following reply. "We could run some numbers and look at it, but I am 100% commission, and so I only want to do that for someone who is ready to buy today. I want to sit down with somebody who had cash ready to go now." I walked out the door infuriated, and when that refund comes back will be heading over to Suburban in Ann Arbor. I hear they are much more friendly and helpful and are willing to go the extra mile.

My 2013 Dart has a bad turbo, brought it to Cueter...

My 2013 Dart has a bad turbo, brought it to Cueter Monday morning, it was diagnosed and the new turbo was ordered. I was told when the turbo comes in they will get it in and get the car back to me, part came in Tursday morning, called Tuesday to be told they won't be able to get to it til Thursday call Thursday they still had not started it, I asked for the district managers number and was not given that instead I get the service manager calling me getting smart with me about the shortage of technicians, the service manager said he would call me Friday to give me an update on my car, it's now Saturday and I still have no clue when my car will be done! this service department has absolutely no communication skills with their customers at all! And the last time I had it in service made an appointment to get the moonroof recalibrated, 5 minute job and they said it would be 4 hours, luckily the tech Jamie took the time out to do it right then! So it seems each time I go to the service department it's a fiasco!
