Modern hotel in a great area. Easily accessible by public transport. The rooftop pool in the day time is amazing

Excellent location to MTR, food and shopping. Room is clean and nice, services from the staffs are helpful and polite.

I used the room that included the lounge. The lounge was free for the kids. The lounge food was also good. The pool was great.

We only stayed for one night and the experience was excellent. We were very jet lagged after flying from the UK, and the staff were super helpful and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything. They upgraded us to a suite (about $1300 more than our room) and we had access to the lounge area, where they welcomed us with a glass of wine and champagne. The breakfast International buffet has food from about everywhere you can imagine, and the swimming pool is on the roof (41st floor) and includes a 40 degree pool, which helped us relax. The suite is incredible, with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and bedroom with great views, and a bathroom with views as well. Superb experience for a reasonable price. Will probably come back if in HK.

Very luxurious, convenient transportation, good service, convenient shopping

We had a great experience staying at Cordis. Location is perfect, only 100 ft from subway. We got upgraded to a higher floor, and the room was flawless, clean, spacious, and it has a very nice view of the harbor and city. The staff were great. They sent pajamas and skin care to our room after we told them that we had a baggage delay at the airport. The Samsung cell phone in the room was a huge plus. We used the phone to make international calls and go online. Both calls and data are for free! My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at Cordis and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Hong Kong!

I am extremely impressed with the service at this hotel. Every single staff member was warm, helpful, professional, and attentive. The hotel did not know our young daughter was accompanying us, but when she arrived with us, the hotel immediately offered her stickers, toys, and an entire backpack filled with activities. They even let us know that the hotel has a toy library for little ones. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with great views. The pool space is lovely and doesn t feel crowded. Everything was fantastic and far exceeded our expectations.

The room is very nice; comfortable bed with a very classy toilet.

Possibility of family rooms with equipped kitchen, access to the club, swimming pool on the roof, superb view of Kowloon and the Lion Rock Mountains, in the heart of Mong Kok.

As you know, it is very convenient because it is directly connected to the shopping mall and Langham Place.
There is a supermarket on the basement, one for each of the popular people, so you can use it for daily shopping such as water, or for a nice souvenir.
There is also a shop where you can enjoy delicious and delicious shrimp noodles (Hong Kong larvae) in the walking distance. You will find a stand.
Even if you go to South Kowloon or Hong Kong Island, or just a little deep in the water, you can easily get there.

The seafood table in the buffet is OK, and the food is ready to go.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Myself and a mate stayed in a room, that was very small for 2 single beds. The bathroom was surrounded by frosted glass and not very private...! We had the buffet breakfast, every morning. It's was a nice mixture of western and Chinese food. All the staff, from front of house to the maids and restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Lots of places to eat, if you to try the local cuisine or if you like McDonald's, it's opposite

An extremely nice hotel, with well-designed rooms and excellent service overall. The location is very good too, with convenient access to the adjoining Langham Place mall and Mong Kok MTR station.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and most have nice views of the city, some with the harbour. Pool & gym are great, they also have amazing views. Convenient location close to the MTR and attaches directly to Langham place on the lobby for making it easy to pop over there for casual food & drinks if the hotel sit down dining options are too formal for you

In 202007, the staff remained standard and the rooms were tidy.

Rooms are beautiful but kind of small.l including the studio. Ideal location located next to shopping mall and MTR station.

This was by far the best hotel that i've stayed at, and mostly because of the service. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite because we were celebrating birthdays. Amazing amazing stay. The location, service, club lounge food and benefits, facilities, and even the buffet exceeded our expectations! would give 10 stars if i could.

This is a great hotel, I would stay here again without hesitation. A couple reasons for this; Mong Kok is a great area with lots to see, do, buy, eat; a free mobile phone with the room that you can use anywhere for calls and data; great room and comfy bed and finally the manager sent up a small birthday cake to my room (on my birthday) now that is exceptional. (Loved the cake, thanks that was wonderful)

The Qinwan family went to eat the supper buffet again. To be honest, the style is so much less, and the price is so good that it is really not going to go in the future. The oysters and crab feet are not dried, and even the drinks are required separately. You can buy it with money. Besides, there are few hot food styles, and the fish will return to salmon. If you are not sincere, it is better not to make it.

Good, accessible. Need I say more? I went here in 2014.

Every time you come to Hong Kong, you must come here to enjoy shopping and a comfortable accommodation experience

EDIT: After my review, Cordis was gracious enough to reach out to me and work towards a refund given the extenuating circumstances. The manage I spoke with was very courteous and maintained a positive demeanor, providing me with an avenue to come back another time.

Visited for the event. The view is good because it is a particularly high building in the surrounding area.
The hotel itself is luxurious, but around Mong Kok is not a very beautiful place, so it may not be good for women to wander around this area alone.

Amazing experience. We were desperately looking to change hotels and they accommodated us on the same day. Room was gorgeous and clean. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Convenient usb power slot in front of TV for charging devices. Nice heated pool on the roof. Breakfast spread was superb. Fantastic location. Linked to Langham Place mall - Mongkok MTR is in B2. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in HK

Oh and they gave me a lovely little cake for my birthday too !

Great service and location smacked right in MongKwok

We had just arrived from the airport, towards the food court of the mall near our hotel ... and we ate there even our doll which is quite difficult feasted. Only small downside impossible to pay by visa at "oh m'y goose"

Gym is fully-fully-fully equipped ! enjoy exercising with great view! The pool is quite small and crowded. The room looks elegance. Big bathroom with good quality amenities.

The environment is unpleasant and comfortable. It is too gloomy and the food is numb.

We opted for Studio Room, which is worth the extra real estate. But note that panoramic views are better from front-facing, Hong Kong Island side, not back-facing, Kowloon side; we were kindly granted a request for change of rooms.

Let's start with the service -- impeccable, from door entry, personal assistance to and from lifts, and very knowledgeable concierge staff (don't underestimate this dimension). Our request for shower chair for my wife was promptly attended to, with a proper, disabled version.

This revamped hotel has set itself very high standards, which it is definitely achieving. Thus relatively speaking, this luxury hotel is very good value for money.

Room amenities are complete, with lit wardrobe, mini fridge, microwave oven, working desk, day lounge sofa and complimentary smartphone (with free voice calls to USA, UK, Australia and more). Indeed, we used this phone to learn more about local attractions and to book a Big Bus tour (see separate review).

As expected, the bed was very comfortable with plush pillows. Rainshower is a delight. Largest, thick bath towels one could manage.

We didn't avail of in-house breakfast buffet (expensive) nor restaurant, but thankfully as the hotel is connected to Langham Place shopping mall, there is a sufficient selection of cafes and restaurants (e.g. separate review on Passion cafe).

Only non-perfect item was post-check out. Grateful for complimentary holding over of luggage. But there is no provision of a spare room or space to make change over. The hotel's procedure is for you to open your case behind the spa reception desk (not graceful), and to use the gym lockers. The spa and gym facilities are grand, but this isn't the way to use them.

Yet I have to say this is the best quality luxury hotel where I have stayed. Sure there are superior hotels out there, but I challenge their value for money. We will certainly return to Cordis for our next trip.

Went for a wedding banquet. Service was excellent and food was impeccable. Expensive for a reason.

Good place but very average room. Service was very good except a guy with specs on the ground floor who lied that they never assisted anyone for go go van. After I rechecked in the Google, it is illegal now but they had assisted us 7 months ago. For those who didn't know, go go van is a delivery service, which is currently only allowed to deliver things. Driving passengers are not allowed anymore now.

Very good service , excellent rooms, close to shopping and other attractions

Stayed 3 nights at the end of November. During the day there are many local and local restaurants on the west side, and at night there are sneaker streets and restaurants for tourists on the east side, and they are directly connected to Langham Place and MTR Mongkok Station, so they are tired and convenient and very good It was a hotel.
It was a plan without breakfast, but it was correct.
In addition, it is hotel which wants to stay when going to Hong Kong.
I felt the intensity of the demonstration from the surrounding situation, but although some shops were quick, most shops were operating as usual.

Cordis Hotel is very convenient, with connections through to mtr station. Near to all the shopping places in Mong Kok. Room is big with great view.

Is a good hotel in s great location. But do not expect anything that will mesmerize you. It's clean, it's safe. Many companies use this hotel for meetings, conventions, etc. I would probably say a bit overpriced, but what's in Hong Kong is not?

Location was excellent and service was attentive. They provided complimentary baby food for us too when we went for the buffet breakfast.
