I work on Insert company programs all the time, I bought the GT and NEXO subcontract to 5 companies and I regret to say that after years of fruitful cooperation, unfortunately, I have to give up Insert. The company's solutions are expensive and unfortunately they cannot keep up with the dynamic software market. Unfortunately, the competition offers cheaper and more comprehensive solutions. To make matters worse, the shocking fact is that with so many negative opinions no one has bothered to answer even one of them and that is the determinant of customer care. In Insert, as you can see, they have it in the nose ... that's why it's time for a change and I will unfortunately advice others.

Insert Nexo is a mistake. Every update is packed with errors. Checkout service takes over 1.5 minutes or more. The drawer opened after 30-40s. Searching the product database is definitely too long. Generating invoices to pdf over 1 min. Forever waiting for everything. After updating the program, Insert Nexo does not open the first time. Does not find the database with the store. Connects to some server. Opening the program takes over 4 minutes. Before releasing the update I would suggest to test it thoroughly because I have the impression that nobody does it and each update does not bring anything to improve the comfort of working with the program.
