Got an oil change yesterday. The service advisor was great! He told me it was going to be about an hour or so, okay, not a problem. I was expecting that. He wanted to have my car washed, cool! I'm thinking another 5-7 minutes. I'm okay with that.
1. I was not expecting an additional 20 minutes for my car to get washed, it shouldn't take that long.
2. It doesn't take 2 guys to drive my car a few feet, as he leaned back in the driver seat as if he's gangsta! Really?! Umm, no!
The service advisor did apologize for the long wait for my car wash, even he was upset about it.
