Bought a Jeep Renegade Limited. Initially started the conversation online. When I finally went in, I talked with Dylan Scott. Dylan was extremely informative, useful, and answered all my questions without hesitation. He was readily available for follow up. The entire process was clear from start to finish thanks to Dylan. I recommend to ask for him for your purchase.

I worked with Dylan in purchasing our latest vehicle and he was a great help! Very professional, courteous, and didn't try to play games or use slimy sales tactics with me and my wife. I'd highly recommend working with him when purchasing your next vehicle.

Purchased my first car here and got a really good deal while not feeling any pressure. Covert was about as wonderful to work with as a dealership can be. Dylan Scott was our sales representative. He is professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Dylan and Covert to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

The dealership didn't want to sell a vehicle, poor finance options, trying to get your trade for 5000.00 less than appraisal from several other dealership's in same area, unwilling to discuss the process! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, horrible experience!

I worked with Jesus Escobar who was super patient with me being completely indecisive and he was very understanding and patient with all of my questions, changing my mind and needing more time. He never tried to pressure me into making decisions or to hurry at all. And was always readily available for any questions or concerns I had.
All in all, I m happy with my purchase and impressed with the process for sure!

One of the older gentleman made remarks about me having to save money or ask Santa clause to take care of the 40k mileage expenses. If I m able to make the payments on my own, I expect to be treated the way anyone else would be. Not sure if I d like to come back to this location again.

Omg! It's taken a couple of days for me to write this review but for good reason. I have been on cloud 9 in love with my new 2019 Ram Rebel! She's got all the bells and whistles you could think of! I want to give a big shoutout to Covert Dodge, but I want to give an even BIGGER shoutout to Kenneth Arriaga! If you're anything like me I don't like salesmen on my arse. This was Kenneth's first gold star. Kenneth never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was very patient. He listened to what I wanted. He listened to my wife and her concerns. He showed us different versions of the rebel that were in stock so that we could see everything before making any decisions. In the 4-5 hours that we spent with him I feel like I made a friend. It's an awesome feeling when you can talk freely and feel comfortable with your salesman. Kenneth is amazing! He will def take care of you from start to finish, and even go that extra battle when wheeling and dealing. If you find yourself at Covert, find Kenneth Arriaga as well! Hats off Kenneth! Took my car in to get a recall taken care of. They were booked out til Feb. But fit me in the next day to fix the issue it was causing major problems. Two days later the problem was worse than originally. They were able to see us same day. We got our car back in 2 days they even fixed my tire that had a nail in it. I will continue to use them for future care maintenance.

If you arent sure what you need or want ask for Jonathan. He works with all challenges and listens to needs to help with practical decision making. He has helped many of my friends and family members with credit challenges and I'm wondering why i didn't go to him last time I purchased a vehicle .. He is your go to ... Trust me!

I always get incredible service at this place. I've purchased 2 cars and both experiences have been so seamless. Wes is the salesman to see if you need a new car.

Their service department isn't very good.. Can't give you an appointment and suck with their communications.. (they promise to call back and have never once)
I also suspect that the last time I had warranty work done they shorted out my seat warmer

Mathew in sales helped me purchase my 2018 CPO chrysler pacifica and he was just amazing. No pressure or anything during the whole process, explained me everything regarding car in detail and was just super nice to work with.

In service, Amy S. helped me and she is a gem of a person. She provided timely updates and also worked with covert and chrysler to cover the cost of repairs. I did not do anything and she took care of everything.

I normally don t post reviews but I have to let everyone who reads them about my experience at Covert Dodge. This is car buying the way it should be at its best! I drove from San Antonio to Austin and it was totally worth the drive! I was impressed with their professionalism and most importantly, their customer service. I told them about my trade in and didn t want to put any money down. I was surprised they respected my wishes. I didn t feel pressured or harassed at any point of the deal. Needless to say, I drove out of there with the vehicle I wanted with the terms I wanted: 12 GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4x4 with a deal that surpassed my expectations! My salesman, Dwight Pullman and Conrad Rodriguez, Business Manager were exceptional! Bottom line is that these people don t b.s. you. I definitely and highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is car shopping! Thank you for this amazing experience!

I went to Covert looking to get a replacement. I saw a jeep that I liked, seemed to be reasonable price, and went for it. I was going to have to replace the tires and the interest I got was 24% I slept on it and after common sense kicked in I said no thanks.

I went a 2015 Compass. Seemed okay, but it was to much like driving a car. I couldn't see over the hood like I could my jeeps and didn't feel safe driving it since I used the steering wheel to pull myself up to see.

That next weekend they let me give it back for a Wrangler that they had come in. Now I'm happy, I know what to expect and now how they work. They let me take it home before I even sign the papers on it.

During this time, when I would cold start it, it would make like a depressurizng sound or a metal scraping sound and I notice that my ABS lights would come on and the brakes would engage briefly. I told my sales rep and was advised that the noise was my air conditioner depressurizng and the braking was do to me turning to sharp. Ok, I let it go for a bit until I was driving across a parking lot at low speeds and the breaks engaged a couple times. I felt this was a safety issue and I took it in right away. Also, I needed to have the backseat put in since when the lady traded it in the seat was not with it as well as the vehicle needed to be detailed.

About a week later after having it all weekend, they work with me to be able to have it so I can enjoy it and bring it back to be bombed to get the dog smell out. The sales rep very politely helped me take the doors and everything off, even storing it all on site since I had to bring it back anyways to have bombed.

While having it for the weekend, the metal grinding noise still happened so when I took back on Tuesday, I took it straight to the shop and explained it still wasn't fixed.

The sales rep advised he had no loaners and service told me the only car he had was a dirty dart. So he got me into a vehicle from enterprise. I call on Friday because for 3 days now I hadn't heard anything on my vehicle. I wanted an update. He told me it was the starter and that they were waiting on it to come in. I should have it back this weekend.

I had to give the enterprise vehicle back because my warranty didn't cover it anymore and he would put me in something.

Well now all he had available was the Dart, I told him I am not comfortable driving a car. He assured me I would have my Jeep back this weekend. Well he knew I was out of town Saturday, and said I could get it on Sunday. Cool, I can handle parking the Dart then bringing it back to get the Jeep and run my errands. No Covert is closed on Sundays. Okay no problem I am off Monday for Labor Day, I'll pick up my Jeep and run my errands then. Covert is open but service is closed. So again no Jeep.

So not only is the Dart dirty, but it had no gas. I had to put gas in it before I even made it home about 15 minutes away. Also, don't know if you've driven a Dart, but you are pretty much sitting on the ground. Also, not to mention it was a Dart that totaled my Jeep, but I saw what my Jeep did to it.

So I called and they said they were transferring me to a Sales Manager. A gentleman named Kenny gets on the line. I tell him my dilemma and he says well Covert has done their part by 3nsuring that I am in a vehicle that gets me from point A to point B. My personal issues are not their problem. Now that right there is amazing customer service and a great example of what people mean when they talk about car salesman. They've got the money they don't care. Doesn't matter that the car is filthy, had no gas, just matters they had a car for me. Doesn't matter that I was lied to when I accepted this car, just matters that they had a car for me. Doesn't matter that I am afraid of it, just matters they had a car for me. If I can find a way to post pictures of the shape of this car, I will do that next.

What I thought was going to be a good experience has turned into a nightmare.

Absolutely loved the service we received! We recently bought a new Jeep, and Josh was great! Knowledgable, helpful, and an all around good guy! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and when it came down to negotiating the price, they met the price we were looking for, and all within an hour!

Once again, love this place! Extremely happy with our Jeep, and the service we received. We will recommend everyone we know to your dealership!

Kenneth really helped us out. We came in knowing what we wanted, knowing what we didn't want, and he went above and beyond. We traded in our older jeep, site unseen, and got put into a 2017 Cherokee for well under our max. They want to earn your business and it's evident they are willing to make the customer happy.

DO NOT GO HERE. Got a car in Oct 2014, and am STILL constantly in the shop. Been in and out for 6 months almost. Service dept. has friendly people but crazy backed up ALWAYS. Also, Once they sell you the vehicle, they want nothing to do with you at the dealership side. They try but the bottom line is, you can save yourself a headache down the line.

I just bought a Jeep Wrangler from there and they made the process quick and painless! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jonathan Alcala was my salesman and I would recommend him to anyone. They also took care of me after my Jeep was bought!

Buck Ashcraft was amazing!! The office was comfortable and accommodating even for my 8 year old, financing went surprisingly fast, and my truck went through service just to see if there was a AC issue and they went ahead and fixed an exhaust leak too! Buck has been in steady contact even afterwards just checking to see if I still love my truck (& I DO!), and he really listened to my needs during the search...I was really looking for a unicorn of a vehicle but didn t know what I wanted exactly. He heard my demands and matched me perfectly. I ve honestly never had a better buying experience!!

Freddy was a buyer's best friend, helped out quick and as fast as possible. Helped get the price to the perfect point to get everything done!

Edgar Cruz was a great guy to work with, no pressure atmosphere.

Went in for an oil change awhile back. No problems with that, and the service was friendly enough, but they way underestimated my wait time (I would have preferred to get an over-estimate). My real issue came after my visit. I started getting emails and even a Christmas card, trying to get me to sell my vehicle to them. It was a bit aggressive, not to mention harassing. Gave them a call to leave me alone, and I will never be going back to them. Jeep owners beware.

I was thinking about buying a Dodge Ram 1500. I looked at the Covert website and found a 2019 demo for under 30k. I wanted to know more. Trey Bearden contacted me and gave me all the info I needed. I wasn t able to see the truck for a few days since I had to travel from SA to Austin. Trey kept in touch with me all weekend. He filled out most of the paperwork prior to me arriving. Upon arriving on Monday at 1pm, Trey had the truck gassed up, washed and ready to go. We took it for a spin and I was sold. We went to See Chris McDaniel in Finance. Chris got everything ready. He found me a good rate and sent me home with the paperwork for my wife to sign. I was out by 3:30pm just in time to beat 5pm Austin traffic. Both Trey and Chris provided outstanding customer service. I couldn t ask for a better car buying experience. Thank you both!

TREY BEARDEN!! Remember that name when you go to buy a Pre-owned Covert Chrysler Dodge or Jeep. Trey was great to work with. He actually listened to what I wanted and we talked through the choices to see what made most sense. We test drove a few Jeeps and locked in on one I really liked. What Trey did next was even better, he let me drive the Jeep for a few days to make sure it was really the one I wanted. He was easy to talk with, had a lot of knowledge about Jeeps and did everything he could to make sure it fit within my budget. Go to Trey, you won't regret it.

On the other hand, you will regret going to Kenneth Arriaga. He could care less about you. Save yourself a terrible used car salesman experience and go to Trey.

I usually don t do reviews.... If you are not looking for a new car there will no help for you at this location. I spoke to Cesar sales person regarding a used truck that they posted. Cesar ensures that he will take some pictures and send them over to me. Hour and half later, he calls me back to say he will take the pictures first thing in morning. After emailing and texting Cesar all I get is crickets... I will scratch this place for any new or used vehicles b going forward... good luck to all that try this place out.

I was referred by my friend to J, and J really did a good job! J tried his best to find the specific model I want, and spend a lot of time for me to trade the one I want from another dealer. I will definitely recommend him to my friends who want a Jeep!

I was really set on getting a Jeep but my experience here changed my mind. My customer service experience here was below average. I visited on a Wednesday afternoon and walked into the dealership (which seemed pretty empty - only saw 2 customers in sight?) but apparently everyone was tied up. The gentleman who I got paired with didn t even act like he wanted to help me because he had another customer wrapping up in finance. Also, he acted as though he didn t even take me seriously, I guess because I m a young woman. It wasn t until the end of our interaction that he seemed to take me seriously when I explained I had to get a new vehicle due to being in a wreck. Gentleman gave me his biz card but never offered to take down my info to follow up with me (Jeep I wanted was out of stock on color I was wanting). Overall, my experience was not personalized, I did not feel welcomed, and felt as though they were not interested in selling a car to me. I left Covert and went to First Texas Honda right after and purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Sport that night and the experience there compared to here was like night and day.

Overall, my experience here was incredible. I purchased my car a week ago today and it is exactly what I was wanting and spent months looking for. I had the pleasure of working with Trey as my salesman who I would highly recommend to any of my friends or family members. He was reliable, knowledgeable, and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process.

Jeff, the finance manager, is a nightmare. Really the best advice I can give is to know what you want (in terms of warranty) before you ever walk into his office. Do your research and explore options beforehand because once you walk into his office it will feel as though buying an overpriced warranty is your only option. I had to say no multiple times before he would accept my answer, and as soon as he realized I wasn't going to buy the warranty his mood shifted drastically.

If you are searching for a new or used vehicle I would check their inventory and contact Trey. That part will not disappoint you.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would, but this isn't once incident, every time I take my car in for service, they can never get the service done in less than 8 hours to 6 days. They do have a litany of excuses, the first one being, "Well we have a line of Cars to do", honestly if you don't have the time to look at a car, don't take it in for service. This time around it was a factory recall, I scheduled myself for August 1 two weeks prior, got there at 8 am, like I was supposed, they wrote the ticket at 8 am, took the car in, and said it would be about 4 hours, after 4 hours, wasn't ready, after 5 hours wasn't ready, after 6 hours not only was it not ready, they just pulled the parts from the parts department, which meant it would be possibly another hours. This is the absolute worst service department I have ever had to deal with, they are a rag-tag band of inept, excuse making people, who have not only soured me on this dealership, but because of this dealership, I will never even consider another Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler product. They are so undeserving of the one star rating.

After a long, tiresome search for a car, and being lied too and misled, I was about to give up and start riding a bicycle to my job (23 miles away from my apartment). I don't have the best credit, so I really thought my only option was a place that would charge an insane amount of interest and would leave me upside down when I went to refinance. I went to Drivetime (DONT DO IT), and Dream Cars (who never even bothered calling me back). I've known Caleb Slye for a few years. He's a great person inside and out! He just happened to work at Covert Dodge, to my surprise. I highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a vehicle.The man works wonders. He helped me find a vehicle without even having to spend hours at the dealership, and made sure that I was able to get approved before having me come in and get denied, to make sure I wouldn't waste my time. I ended up being approved (like I said he works wonders), and was able to come in, test drive the vehicle (great deal), sign the paper work, put down my down payment, and drive away-all in combination I spent maybe one hour at the dealership! If you want typical sketchy salesman, go to any other dealership, but if you want kindness, professionalism, honesty, respect, someone who actually listens to your needs, wants, and concerns, and to have a fun time purchasing a vehicle, go see Caleb at Covert. He won't let you down.

I went searching the web for a pick-up truck. A Chevy Silverado I came across The Covert Auto dealership. They had the tuck I was looking for! When I called the dealership, I came into contact with a salesman named Jay or Jesse . He checked for what I was looking for, and it was in stock! I told him that I live about 500 miles away and it would take me a while to get there. He replied, That s no problem. When you make it here, It will be here for you. I made it in the next day, approximately forty minutes before he was scheduled to work. In excitement, I came and did not see the Chevy Silverado truck on the sales floor. At this point, I m thinking Okay. Maybe he was trying to get me in to shop. So, I sent him a text that I was here browsing around and that I ll see him when he arrives later on. When I circled the building to see the rest of The Covert Dealership s inventory. I saw the truck that I saw online. At the same time, one of Jay s coworkers walked over to me and said, Jesse said that you wanted to take truck for a test drive before he comes in. His coworker told me that he s getting ready to come in for you as we speak.

When I was done test driving, I came back to meet Jesse. Very cool guy. Very professional and dedicated. He Had Everything Ready! All I had to do was sign paper-work and drink water. XD
However, the finance manager lady, Well, she didn t stay in her happy mood when I refused extra coverages :-/ I came and got exactly what I wanted and payed what I intended. Thank You Jay Super Satisfied!

Found a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee through their website and phoned in to make sure it was still available. Spoke with Jonathan on Friday and set up a time for me to come see it on Saturday. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Took it for a test drive then sat down with Jonathan and Jerame to find out how to make it work. The car was slightly out of my price range but they were able to give me a fair price on my trade-in and worked with me on the extended warranty in order to get the deal done. Great folks out at Covert who treat you right.

I'm very disappointed. They had our van for 3 weeks (we knew it would be long) and never mentioned any cost to us. The original issue we took it for could not be replicated (not their fault) meaning no solution. Then they proceeded to "find another problem" and again did not say investigating it would NOT be part of the original diagnostic fee. So we have not had our van for 3 weeks, and paid $250 for diagnostics that didn't diagnose anything, and literally NO WORK has been done to address the original issue that couldn't be diagnosed or the work to be done for 100k miles maintenance.

I bought a new RAM 2500 from Trey Bearden and was very happy with his low pressure approach. I got the best price I could find locally and even on Ebay. Also got a fair trade in value for my tundra. Overall a great experience and I high recommend Trey.

Jonathan Alcala and Albert Demi weren t your normal sales team. They listened as much as they pitched. They didn t push something that wasn t right for my wife and I.

Everyone at Covert was just the best. Kenny was informed, patient, helpful, and responsive to what I needed. I came with lots of questions, and left with a great deal on exactly what I wanted. Sales personnel were rude from the beginning of our interactions. Even after catching mistakes on our paperwork and notifying the financing personnel at the dealership they still failed to correct the mistake and our registration was incorrect when it arrived. I bought a car, but I would never purchase from this dealership again. I would drive at least an hour out of the way just to avoid buying a car here again. I have never had such bad customer service at a dealership before and I ve bought 6 vehicles from dealerships before.

First time I brought my car here, they told me 3 days to resolve and issue, got my car back a week and a half later. Gave them another chance for a battery issue. Linda told me it would take 3 hours and here I am after talking to her and it will be over 24 hours later until I get it back (maybe). Definitely not working with this dealership anymore after this last issue. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

I have gotten my car fixed here on multiple occasions and weirdly I am always returning for the same reasons. Additionally, they take forever with your car (upwards of 2-3weeks for a airbag light) and they always push back the day your car will be ready. No one knows much about the business link promotional material they have up and it is just a bad experience. I honestly question whether they fix my car or just fix it enough to see me again soon.

I drop off my vehicle for diagnosed and they tell me I have to replace the harness and say save the part you are going to to be replaced it's proof to me you replaced I sent few emails and after I picked up my vehicle bunch of cables are completely loose plus I was fixing my own vehicle in the entrance because no one wants to be responsible for the mistakes I have pics to prove it it's nightmare go to this to this place a lot of parts are loose I was thinking to get an legal action against to this place because what part of the world dealership let the customer fix his own vehicle in you own place battery trays are loose bolts are loose totally disappointed my water separator got disconnected are all cables hanging out I spoke the the manager and he offer me $50 dollars discount this place is completely joke if you stop by it's on you on risk try not too .

Couldn't find 3 trucks that were advertised on website. After parking my car and walking up and down the lot not one salesman came out...i actually like that instead of being attacked by every sales guy like at other car dealers! However still unhappy they didn't have the 3 used trucks i was seeing on the website.
I will go back when i see the used diesel truck in looking for...this time i will find a sales guy.

We called in with very specific requests and drove all the way down from Dallas to Austin on the word of Edgar Cruz and he was true to his word 100%. Our trip was definitely worth the while and we will be driving back home in the exact car we wanted. Definitely recommend putting Covert Dodge and Edgar Cruz at the top of your list when car shopping.

I recently purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger from Bernardo at Covert Dodge. He was amazing throughout the whole buying process. He made sure that I got the vehicle I wanted, with the correct trim and features. He made sure that I was getting a fair deal, and made me feel like a valued customer. Phenomenal customer service experience! Service Department Review:

Seems the service department is the Achilles heel of this location. I gave this location some stars because their parts department does a great job, and the sales department was helpful when I was considering upgrading my pickup last year.

The loss of stars is the lack of response from the service department in two separate occasions. In both incidents I called to explain an issue I was having and get an estimate of the cost to bring it in and fix it. Both times the service area reception took my name and number and promised to have a service adviser get back to me. Both times never a call back even when I tried to follow up. This was my last try, seems the Ram dealer near Georgetown is always willing to help, so while out of my way I'll take my business there where it's obviously appreciated. Of course when it's time to upgrade my RAM, I'll be working with a dealer I can count on when things go wrong.

Very nice staff, they checked in with me every time they noticed something with my car to get approval to move on with the repair. Lounge area was very clean and accommodating for long waits.

We had a really great car-buying experience at this dealership. It's only our second new vehicle that we've ever purchased, but we went to several dealerships while researching and this one was by far the best experience for us.

Our salesperson, Jeff Thomas, was fantastic. He not only got us the best deal of any dealership in the area (by a lot!), but he went out of his way to have the exact vehicle (color, trim, options) that we wanted delivered overnight for us from another dealership in the Dallas area. He was the opposite of high-pressure. He wanted us to feel comfortable and to be sure that we got what we wanted. Even when the vehicle arrived, he told us to take our time, no huge rush to come down and look it over, but we were so excited we came in and bought it the next day. Every other car salesperson could learn something from this. He won our loyalty and I do not hesitate to recommend giving him a call if you are in the market for a Chrysler (or any of their makes).

The financing part was pretty typical. It took a while (why it can't all be electronic in the 21st century, I really don't know) and the extended warranty that we purchased was probably over-priced, but we got such a good deal on the car that we didn't mind so much.

Overall, I highly recommend this dealership - especially if you go through Jeff. He is the main reason our experience was so great.

Our recent new vehicle purchase from Covert Dodge was another great Covert group experience. Our first new vehicle purchase experience was with Covert in Bastrop which was a great experience and lead us to seek out Covert Dodge for our recent new vehicle purchase.

We went to their dealership looking for a new Ram pickup and met up with Kenneth Arriaga on the lot who provided us with excellent Ram knowledge on vehicle specifics and options and how to best fill our needs. His no pressure sales tactic coupled with his knowledge of the brands they sale was a great combination we welcomed, and highly recommend Ken for your next vehicle purchase.

Covert gave us a fair price for our trade-ins along with a very reasonable new car sale price. They worked hard to obtain the new truck we wanted from another dealer and provided us a loaner vehicle when the other dealer took their time sending over the vehicle which matched what we wanted. They made the purchase process pretty effortless and got us on our way with a expertly detailed vehicle we wanted.

Bottom of the 9th, Game 7, down by 3..... 3 on, 2 outs, 3-2 count........and the pitch..It s outta here!!! Grand slam!!!!!!! This is how I would describe the quality of service that Covert Jeep s Jacob and J. gave my wife Hannah and I last weekend. The scenario is a metaphor to the quality of service, but rest assured it was not as stressful at all! What some, (I m guilty) call new car purchase a grueling experience, I m here to tell you that these guys exceeded every single stereotype or wives tell involved. We were treated like kings and queens, no stone left unturned, no detail too deep for these guys. Initially interested in other brands of vehicle, after 10 minutes with these guys, we swore off anything or any place else. Jacob and J. worked with is for at least 2hours finding and locating EXACTLY what we wanted. Things went as easy and calm as the day is long and we re so excited to join the Jeep team. Going into this, we weren t sure we d ever be able to get what we wished for, however, we met true game changers and life changers in Jacob, J., and the Covert Staff. Their communication and follow up has been amazing. Conrad Rodriguez, business management, is also quite the deep bullpen closer on a team that we ll keep in touch with from now on. Thank you Covert, Jacob, J. And Conrad for going above and beyond to help 2018 for the Brightwell s start an amazing journey with our new vehicle. And that s Ballgame!!

Buck Ashcraft was a great help when I came in for a trade in. He was friendly and funny, which helped pass the time quickly. I got a free state inspection and brake pads, and a loaner car because they knew it would take several hours and I had to work. Overall a good experience!

I did not make a purchase yet but the staff was friendly and helpful and their selection is quite large.

Worst customer service EVER. I will never go back here. And I will tell everyone I know to steer clear.

Initially, after a night-time drop off, they put the wrong name on my ticket. Then when I called to check the rep said "oh, that's what that paper was on the floor of my office." Seriously?

Then the rep lied to me about the status of my vehicle multiple times. Apparently "in the shop" doesn't actually mean in the shop.

Each time I called to check on the status of my vehicle, I got hung up on multiple times before getting through.

It took 3+ weeks to do 2 days worth of work.

Never coming back here. You guys suck.
