Found a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee through their website and phoned in to make sure it was still available. Spoke with Jonathan on Friday and set up a time for me to come see it on Saturday. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Took it for a test drive then sat down with Jonathan and Jerame to find out how to make it work. The car was slightly out of my price range but they were able to give me a fair price on my trade-in and worked with me on the extended warranty in order to get the deal done.
