Sales personnel were rude from the beginning of our interactions. Even after catching mistakes on our paperwork and notifying the financing personnel at the dealership they still failed to correct the mistake and our registration was incorrect when it arrived. I bought a car, but I would never purchase from this dealership again. I would drive at least an hour out of the way just to avoid buying a car here again. I have never had such bad customer service at a dealership before and I ve bought 6 vehicles from dealerships before.
