Worst service and poor maintaince. I currently live in one of their house. They advertised it as a four bedroom house but actually it was a 3 bed house with one bedroom(which is actually a storeroom) has a broken floor and cannot be used even to store stuff. And the fourth bedroom is actaully a tv room and not a bedroom. We had pest infestation problem for quite a while and only recently realized that the broken floor room is actually infested with mould and to cover this up they actaully placed a plactic sheet on top. When asked to rectify the problem they just keep avoiding my concern.

Worst Real estate ever. We had really bad experience with this real estate. They don t know how to talk with customers. When they want to rent their property then they are so nice to you and at the end of lease they are so rude. Selection of words toward your customers is unbearable. During the lease if we complaint about anything then they yell at you like its all our fault. They are purely just profit earners they don t have any manners. Don t even think that your bond will be refunded fully. Beware of these kind of real estate.

Very unprofessional agents. I have been renting with them for last 3.5 years no issues but as soon as I gave them notice to end the lease their attitude changed. New agents they hired are very unprofessional, rude. They do not reply to any correspondence and will hung up the phone on you intentionally.

You got to think for long term in business. Rental tenants are the one who might buy from you in future.

Took those liars to the Tribunal. Regret I didn't take video or audio of their talking. Thanks NCAT, I got my money back. Be cautious when you deal with those liars

Very poor service, esp the property manager. Very unclean apartment, and a lot of things to be fixed: leakage, faucets, doors but will just tell you to wait for another call from them to repair them. Took almost a year, still not fixed. And very rude!!

Ive moved out after 15 months and no repairs and maintenance was done in the property. Toilet seats broke within a month of moving in, no access to rear balcony due to no keys provid2ex, air con died twice power sockets tripped all the time and till the day i moved out none of these repairs were carried out by agent after numerous maintenance request. They are property managers which means they are suppose to be means of contact and liaison between landlord and tenant but instead they only acted on collecting and chasing rent (Gestapo for the landlords). They often forget the landlord owns the property but the tennants pay the rent which pays the landlords income and the wages of the property Managers (Real Estate Agents). They only make a move when it concerns collecting Money.....

As i am newly married and came with my Wife, was in search of property near to station as i lived in Hornsey Road before marriage and i wanted to move to new own house.

All of sudden i have seen the property in real estate and Diana helped me to go for inspection which wason 19th January 2019.

There we found Mark , the property Manager and he was very professional in his work and provided guidance in all aspects from customer point of view.

This real estate is unprofessional- they will lie and violate your rights. Be very wary of using them, and keep records of everything as they cannot be trusted to act in your interests!

Lei Cai - You were a disgraceful tenant. Exclusive RE gave you every opportunity to be a good tenant, and in the end there was no choice but to evict you, and that was a long process through NCAT where you didn't even bother showing up. Exclusive have done their job, it is you who are at fault. You owed more than $10,000 in rent, you broke the toilet seats, you kept a dog which you let poo and wee all over the balconies and in the unit, and you left the balconies covered in it so the place had an intolerable smell. There was even dog poo in the bedroom! The curtains had to be dry cleaned to get rid of the smell you left from not cleaning and whatever it was your were doing in there, the walls were covered in marks and dirt and the whole unit needed repainting. You pressure cleaned the travertine tiles on the balconies and gouged out the fill. Damaged some of the skirting boards so much they had to be replaced. Left the washing machine/dryer and all other appliances absolutely filthy. You had no respect for the unit, the landlord or Exclusive RE. For you to suggest Exclusive was a bad managing agent is rubbish. Lei Cai, take responsibility for your actions and your life, you are the sole cause of issues in your life and issues you have caused for the landlord and Exclusive.

Fantastic and exceptional service. My property was rented through Exclusive. They took care of it so greatly that I could not have expcted anything more. They took care of Strata, Council rates, Water Bills and other needed services (plumbing and electrical works etc) the tenants were to be provided legally by the owner. A milion thanks to Emma for her great work.When I decided to sell it I approched Exclusive again. Again they did it fantastically well. Alex got a purchaser just after one Open House and got an outcome above my expctations thanks to his dedicated effort. Exceptional rental service and stunning salesmanship. Thanks Exclusive!

I can not agree more with 'Mia Liu'- I recently had dealing with one of the estate agents called Melanie who really was frightful to deal with. I had heard good things from a friend about this estate agency and was hoping they could help me but needless to say I will be taking my business else where. Bad attitude and very rude- can not help but pity any one dealing with her.

As a follow up to my review- very interesting that there is an influx of positive reviews after some negative ones from myself, a gentleman and Mia.

Andrew was honest from the start regardless of telling me what he thought would be bad news and possibly be scaring me off. Other agents I had chatted with basically lied as they were obviously trying to buy the listing which would have been detrimental to my sale possibly resulting in a much lower offer than what I received and could have been stuck on the market. The agency was professional at all times, assisted in preparing for the sale, great advertising including very nice brochures and always kept me up to date at all times. The market was volatile and no an ideal time to sell, but they did what they could and don't think I would have done any better anywhere else, especially as mine was the first unit to sell in our complex after 3 months. Would definitely use Exclusive again.

I would say DO NOT RENT any property managed by them, horrible service, no response, and only good at taking your money!!

Mark and Alex were fantastic! They were friendly, professional, very quick in replying and exceeded our expectations of what real estates agents could do for a tenant. I have been a tennant of a property through Exclusive for 5 years now and have nothing but praise for Property Manager Georgia and team. Any queries or assistance I have needed in relation to the property have always been dealt with promptly and been at a time convienient to my busy schedule. It is comforting to know that Landlords still exist who are looking after both the tennants and owners best interest.

I would highly recommend Exclusive Real Estate to look after you especially in renting the apartment! All was done very smoothly with no hiccups! The inspections, quick replies on all emails and sms!

Worst real-estate...they tried to take our bond money for existing carpet filth/stains which were already there prior to us moving into the unit.. little did they realize that we had already taken images of the carpet condition and sent it to them as proof when we initially moved into the unit so we don't get blamed for the existing damage/stains and marks once we move out... they refunded our bond money straight away as they realized we are 1 step ahead of them! i have so much more to say but ill just leave it at that.... stay away people, don't get fooled by these guys! SCAMMERS.

Property manager Rejuan Hasan is very rude and very unprofessional. Did not respond to problems I was having in a timely manner. It was very difficult to get things fixed in our Strathfield South apartment. Problems I had included:
- bath that leaked multiple times
- mouldy carpet in bedroom and bathroom
- mailbox broken into multiple times
- garage door that kept breaking
- balcony door broken (still awaiting repairs)
- storage cage broken into and lock still broken (reported 1.5 years ago and still waiting to be repaired)
Rejuan was hard to communicate with and very unsympathetic. He needs his performance reviewed by the real estate, as he is not representing this real estate company very well.

All the potential buyers were given the chance to send their best and last offer by last Saturday. At the time, the highest offer was mine at and the owner even accepted the offer. I was sent the vendor signed contract .However, on Tuesday (the first business day after holiday), agent says he received another higher offer at and got the owner to accept that offer.Once the offer had been accepted and vendor signed the contract, the agent should not have taken another offer because it was not received within the deadline. Even if when agent received the higher offer and was considering to present that to the owner, I would have been given chance to counter-bid given the fact that I was sent the vendor signed copy already.

Agent was very misleading in order the promptly lease apartment. After care was very poor after let.

Super likes to increase the price, it is destined to be slaughtered when signing the contract. Although other agencies are similar, it is obvious that exclusive is malicious and expensive, the cleaning fee is over 200 knives, and somehow it is deducted. Now the case is transferred to the government agency. Handled. I hope that tenants who don't know how to do it must be careful.

My real estate agent is Cassandra Pendino, who s been super helpful throughout the whole process of inspection, signing the papers etc.. I would highly recommend them for all your rentals!

The damage you claim I did to paint was in fact pre existing water damage in the unit that the owner painted over.The photo which you sent me in my email was on bathroom wall and that was PREEXISTING WATER DAMAGE.The units are very old and owner painted water damage which was on both bathroom walls.Otherwise please provide proof that there was anything else- by now you have not provided proof.Tell me what kind of damage are you refering to?There was absolutely no damage to any walls-THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE!!!Please post those photos otherwise,I have my photos and I can post them,lets see the lies that you spin.It looks to me as UNETHICAL MONEY GRAB for my bond money.I have read other reviews here and looks like this is not the first time you people take bond money UNETHICALLY and even provide fake invoices for cleaning work you dont do!!!.I left the unit in perfect condition I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THAT in fact I left the unit in better condition then when I moved in because I am a very clean person.Yhe unit was also advertised in "near new" condition after I left-WHERE IS THE DAMAGE YOU REFER TO??The "paint can" you refer to that was left in garage is NOT my property and I have not used that to paint the unit,anyway that paint was completely different colour from unit walls as well it was garage door colour .That was left there by the strata maintenance guy when he painted the badly smashed garage which was smashed prior/at time of my moving into that unit.I do not touch someone elses property and I refuse to pay $1520 (my bond money) for you to hire someone to remove it.A simple phonecall to the strata person will solve that issue and he'll come and collect his paint can.
Regarding my rent.It is fully paid and it should have $0 outstanding as I have asked you to take the bond money and pay the owner his rent.The bond money is not "for your agency"but for the owner.I never take someones money and always pay my dues.Due to covid at that period of lockdoen my income reduced and it was easier for me to pay the rent with bond rather then pay from my savings.May I remind you that my rent was always paid on time prior to covid lockdown.Unfortunately if government shuts the business down one then has to rely on savings to get by.And there was no understanding on that from your side and my asking a few dollars on rent discount temporarily was refused by owner you said.You changed your mind on that when I decided to move out but that is a bit late. Regarding the HORRIBLE APPALING practise that you enter my property without my permission whilst I am not present I find that horrible.Even the law "allows" you to do that it is common courtesy not to enter someones property against their will.Especially since I was moving out and had valuables around and then you are bringing strangers there when I am not present I FIND THAT DISGUISTING!!!
The insurance which I have on my goods is thus void as well,it is UTMOST BREACH OF PRIVACY AND CARE.
I agreed with you to be there at 6pm and I was there 5.55pm and still found you in my unit.On other occasions other agents from your real.estate entered my premises without me being there.While I was there no covid distancing was practised even though we were in lockdown,prospective tennants just brushed right by past me and couples were entering together no 1.5m distance was observed
As to plumbing issue,the toilet was not fixed properly one can tell cheap labour.The toilet had black water running,that should have been better repaired.NBN which I had to install myself and by your command take it off too I think the nbn bloke did a very neat job.I was for weeks without internet in that unit and I was under impression the owner would provide it but had to do it myself.Most owners organise internet lines themselves in my area as this is basic service in Sydney,we dont live in arabian desert.
What a service!!I would not use your agency ever again even if you paid me to use it.

Had to evacuate a flat managed by Exclusive immediately after moving in due to bed bug infestation. Suffered many bites and had to dispose of many belongings. 23 days later and:
-no help offered for temporary accommodation
-no help offered finding a flat
-no proactive communication and hardly a reply to my own ( we ll get back to you later )
-no reimbursement (headed to tribunal, as I can t get a response trying to resolve on my own)

No empathy or interest in my wellbeing.

There's a lot of stress and anxiety for a first home buyer. Alex, even though working for the vendor made us feel guided and well serviced all through out our journey from home inspection to the final turnover. He was very accommodating, patient and competently professional.

While we were impressed with ERE's Sales Agent during the buying process, the Strata Management is not as impressive. Expecting a proactive management, follow up of ongoing issues from the Strata Manager.

Also few months into buying a property that ERE exclusively contracted from a 'Builder', it has now become impossible to make them accountable for warranty.

I ve been living in a property managed by Exclusive Real Estate for 13 years. They have been exceptional throughout the tenancy and prompt with repairs and any issues. My property manager Cassandra has been excellent and superb! Would definitely recommend Exclusive. 5 stars is not enough!

Had an amazing experience with Alex Pasqua, who went out of his way to show us properties even during his annual leave and has been incredible responsive and supportive since. Even with small teething problems in a new built he is well organised and communicates clearly. Would highly recommend if you want personal and outstanding service and someone who will answer questions even on a weekend. Superb!

I would give 0 stars but unfortunately you can't go that low. This is THE worst real estate agency to deal with for both tenants and landlords alike. I would not recommend using these incompetent people if they were the last real estate agency on Earth. They are lazy, arrogant and could not care less about customer satisfaction. My advice would be to stay away, far away!

Ignoring clients, never replies.
Called 3/4times texted 4/5times over span of one month asking for inspection and never got a response despite them promising will contact me back when inspection is available.
Yet open inspection is available on the site and I did not realize and almost missed it.

One of the worst real estate that I have experienced with. Worst services and shows their enthusiasm only for first two weeks. Cannot fixed any issues and always blame owner if they can't perform.
I suffered without internet for 8 months cause they cut their wire from garage and gave it to other resident. Didn't fix any issues which I raised from the day that I moved in and return my bond after 2 months when I moved out with the deduction for same problems that I showed when I moved in.

Absolutely terrible realestate agent! Have been with them for 6 months
- never reply
- always lie and say things will get fixed
- have chase them up, they never follow up things
- had no hot water for over a week!
- rats ate through the oven wires and had no oven for 3 weeks!!!

These guys are horrible. Run by a bunch of monkeys. Stay away!

14/04/2018 - Yeah it's you guys. I won't mention staff names but I can tell you the 1 star reviews on you are real and the 5 star ones are probably your relatives. Good luck staying in business when you treat tenants like garbage. My advice is send your staff to training. It's not hard to keep people happy - you just have to be honest and show you're doing your best. You guys have zero respect for tenants and eventually it will catch up with you.

I am staying in a unit @ North Strathfield since Feb 2017 and i am very happy with Exclusive. They are a professional bunch and do a thorough job.

Joseph Menniti handled my application and was thoroughly professional throughout the process.

My property manager is Rejuan Hassan and he has always been very prompt in all my queries addressed to him.

I will definitely recommend Exclusive as a quality service provider.

Georgia always deals with any issues with the utmost professionalism. She is highly experienced, super diligent and takes genuine care of my property. Do not waste your time with Jacob Sopina,
Laziest and most unresponsive property manager I've dealt with in 2 decades of renting. In the 18 month lease he never responded to any emails or phone calls untill the lease had ended as he was trying collect money from the bond for pre-existing damages. Disgusting service

Friendly staff. They supported me well during my tenancy.

Don't buy from them. The quality of apartments they sell is extremely low, they abuse a loophole in the system. Elevator broken within months and floor plans was changed significantly without letting us know.

Their solicitors took the money we paid upon settlement for council fees and just disappeared. The building has so many issues but the builders just disappeared, leaving us with no one to hold accountable.

I wanted to move from the western suburbs and rent in parra i didn't know how i could make this dream a reality, found a unit that seemed just like another dream one enquiry sent and that's all it took for my dream to become a reality, he not only navigated me to do a application but thanks to Mark in a matter of 1 week i had the home ive always wanted and for someone who is delayed in computer skills he made it all so easy for me, because of his customer service qualities and skills at showing me the units I chose from the beginning that I would only rent out from this agency and was happy to stay in the suburbs and wait on a property in order to only have to deal with Mark, having a good relationship is the most important thing to me when choosing businesses and after the way I was treated from other well known agencies no call backs , no help with applications , no details on the properties I enquired on, Mark from Exclusive Realestates showed me they are the best agents and really do look after customers/clients.

Alex Pasquale from Exclusive was our agent handling the matter of finding us a tenant. He was friendly, professional, always on time, communicated well, keeping us up to date with what was happening in the market. I could not ask for a better agent and agency. They gave been fantastic. Real Estate agents don't have the best reputation with the public and these certainly don't deserve anything other than a good rap.

Terrible customer service. Might appear friendly towards owners but showing nothing but contempt for tenants.

In 1.5 years of renting the property manager changed 3 times. Response to faults was slow. Always sent the absolute cheapest handiman who did more harm than good. Didn t bother following up with building management (good luck with the intercom, we ve given up chasing it and instead moved).

The worst was Ron Akbulut s behaviour at the end of tenancy. He knowingly violated several Fair Trading rules and attempted to scam us out of our bond money in a way that can only be described as rude and contemptful. He didn t bother to show up to the tribunal hearing either and when he was called in via conference call he sounded very sheepish and admitted that there s no claim against us. Thanks Ron, I hope this serves as a warning for other tenants and owners who don t want to be associated with unprofessional, rude and disrespectful agents.

Ron and the team at Exclusive Real Estate Concord West have always responded quickly to any issues that have risen with the unit we are renting. Issues are always sorted as quick as possible. There is always a line a communication when repairs need to be done, so we always know whats going on.

I think the title says it all, The Exclusive Real Estate team were the agents selected and they have confirmed our decision time and time again as the continued to deliver the highest service and representing our interest at all times professionally. They are exceptional

It was great working with Andrew and his team who make great effort in promoting the unit and provided guidance on what can be done to bring out the positives of the unit. He has been very patient with us and gave us the best of what can be achieved in the slow market that we were in.

My experience with Mark Youssef was very pleasant & professional. I needed to find a property fast and he did everything in his power to come through within two days, He found an apartment for my family that was not only in our price range but clean and decent. Unfortunately, I could not take the apartment due to my other personal issue.
In regards to returning my deposit, he do not begrudge me for changing my mind and returned with no question asked.Despite the fact that we declined the offer, he was extremely understand our situation and helped us move forward in professional manner.He displayed a great deal of kindness to us and for this we are very appreciative him.
I would recommend him and this firm to anyone booking to either buy or rent.

Cassandra has impeccable communication skills, calling and emailing updates and always getting back to me in a timely manner, not only was she amazing to deal with but she also leased my property after the first open home which meant I had no period of vacancy.
