Seems the service department is the Achilles heel of this location. I gave this location some stars because their parts department does a great job, and the sales department was helpful when I was considering upgrading my pickup last year.

The loss of stars is the lack of response from the service department in two separate occasions. In both incidents I called to explain an issue I was having and get an estimate of the cost to bring it in and fix it. Both times the service area reception took my name and number and promised to have a service adviser get back to me. Both times never a call back even when I tried to follow up. This was my last try, seems the Ram dealer near Georgetown is always willing to help, so while out of my way I'll take my business there where it's obviously appreciated. Of course when it's time to upgrade my RAM, I'll be working with a dealer I can count on when things go wrong.
