Phenomenal customer service experience! I always dread buying a new car due to pressuring salespeople or that trapped feeling of your car being taken to get to the back to get an estimate and you never see it again..... well this time was completely different. My sales guy was super knowledgeable, professional and patient. He wasn't trying to convince me this was the vehicle for me and gave me time to decided for myself. Best buying experience and I look forward to buying from them again. Kenneth Arriaga is a great salesman and I will buy from him again. After I purchased my Jeep I had questions and they were answered with a smile and was happy to continue that exceptional customer service level even after the sale was completed.
