We were shopping for two weeks for a used vehicle for our son. We had several terrible experiences prior to going to Covert. Our experience at Covert with Dylan and Matt was exceptional. The level of customer service, professionalism and friendliness was unmatched by any of the previous dealers we visited. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest where Nordstrom sets the standard of customer service for everything. These two individuals made Covert "the Nordstrom of dealerships" in our minds. They were upfront, honest and responsive to our requests to fix a few minor things on a used vehicle. They treated us as if we were buying a brand new top-of-the-line vehicle. I have already recommended them to friends. We are definitely going back to give them first crack at our business in two years when it's time to buy our daughter her first vehicle. They earned it, the right way! See you in a couple years guys!

I came in looking for a WRX after test driving a hatchback version that I ended up not liking at a used car lot. From the start Dylan was extremely helpful and honest, and genuinely wanted us to have all the information available to us in case I decided to make a purchase. The WRX I came in for unfortunately had sold the day before, but there was a newer one in pearl white available for a test drive, and I fell in love with the car - it wasn't the color I initially thought I wanted, but it was a beauty, and really easy and fun to drive! I was almost sold on the car then, but the only problem was that it was just out of my price range. After talking numbers for a little while, Dylan asked me what I would like to pay out the door, which is what I was concerned about, rather than the monthly payment. I gave him a number, and he came back with an out the door price of exactly that number, including the trade-in. We went home after that to think it over, and I ended up deciding to purchase the car because I really liked it, and the price was right.

At no point in the process did I feel pressured at all by Dylan - he was very respectful and genuinely wanted the best for me, whether I bought a car or not. I am very grateful that my first car buying experience went so smoothly, and without any of the negative things you typically hear about car salesmen. I would fully recommend Dylan Scott and Covert Dodge to anyone who is looking to buy a car!

Best service ever from Kenneth Arriaga. I bought the vehicle from Laredo. No hassle, no back & forth. Everything was handled very professionally. I would recommend them to anyone. I am in love with my new 75th edition anniversary edition Jeep Cherokee. Smooth ride, plenty of room for the family & the panoramic sunroof is a big hit with the kids! Thanks Kenneth!

This is probably the worse service department I've...

This is probably the worse service department I've ever came across in the time owning cars. In the past with my 2015 charger I have called Covert... nobody ever answers their service phone. I've left multiple messages for someone to finally call me back 3 days later. I decided to not even bother with them and went to another dodge dealership. My new 2018 which is 9 months old Charger's check engine light came on and I happen to be by Covert and called of course nobody answered. So i just went over there and asked if someone could run the hand held diagnostic machine real quick and tell me what's wrong with it and then I'll make an appt and bring it back. The guy said oh yea we can do that for you real quick. Real quick turned into 20mins that then turned into we only have 2 service advisors you should just go to Auto Zone and have them run the test and call us back.

So I called South Point Dodge where I bought my car and they helped me immediately. Covert Dodge you really need to address that issue. You lost my business and money which in turn lost out on a chance for one the issue my car had which cost money, me buying my car which my Daytona Charge was a 55k loss for you and when my husband buys his next Truck soon you will lose out on a 65-70k truck purchase. Your inability to help me as a customer made you lose Over 120k in revenue for your dealership because your service department is garbage!

No... you were the dealerships I was talking about with my other charger. When I had my 2015 charger I called you Covert multiple times and you guys never answered and took 3 days to call me back. So I didn't want to bother with you guys and went to South Point to service my 2015. That is the reason why I went to them to buy my new Daytona Charger. Also, this last visit I gave them all the time to check my car but they told me they were too busy and I should just go to Auto Zone rather then wait on them. So they encouraged me to leave.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November of 2017 and I would definitely recommend Buck to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle! After the test drive, Buck took the time to go over all of the features in the Jeep with me to make sure I knew how everything worked. I was very impressed with his eagerness to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. When we were leaving the dealership that day he said, My service doesn t stop here, please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything I can do. He followed up multiple times just thank me for my purchase and making sure I was still happy with my Jeep. Even months down the road, when I had questions he was there to help me out. He genuinely wants to make sure that his customers are happy and love their new vehicle. I truly could not have asked for better service!

I had a great experience at Covert Dodge when I purchased my Dodge Ram Quad. Dylan Scott served me with patience, listened to my needs and found the gem in his inventory that would fit my family. Chris McDaniel thoroughly explained my options and made a great deal on my trade that made the purchase work with my budget! I couldn't be more pleased. When it was time for my lady to upgrade I had to send her to see Dylan and Chris at Covert Dodge and now the family is riding in style!

Horrible Experience!!! Yesterday I went to buy a part for my husband 2012 Dodge Ram, First I stopped in Service to ask how much they charge to install the part I needed, I was waiting for a long time, no one got there , then I got off my truck and went to one of them , even though they saw me coming their way, they past by me ignoring me , I asked them, I need help , still ignoring me, they just running around, Then I went to knock in of their doors, they saw me there standing ,they still ignoring. Ok I got mad and left, I went to the (Parts) building. I show them a paper that says which part do I need, I ask for that part , they gave me a wrong one, (my mistake , I didn't double check if it was the part I needed). When I got home my Husband saw it wasn't the correct part , Now today he went to exchange it , they told him It wasn't the part they sold to me, that we changed it, that they don't even sell those kind of parts, So he had to buy another one , and this other one is more expensive , don't it supposed to be the same price? Now I went back to tell them that i am sure, that is the part they sold to me and they could check the security video. When I got there , he told me , ((I can't exchange it b/c its already been tried to install , thats what i told your husband , and there is no way i can't exchange or return it, Its a policy)), and i told him , you just told my husband it wasn't the part you sold me, And he said ((Yes this is the part i sold to you but i can't take it back b/c your husband tried to install it,)) and my husband didn't tried to install it, How could he even tried if it doesn't fit. *Sorry for a long paragraph , but I had to let y'all know exactly how Bad experience it was so y'all be careful with them, Now I just spend my husband money, they didn't gave me back...

Excellent friendly staff. I found the exact Jeep I wanted in a timely manner and they put up with my impatience. The price was great and easy to negotiate. The Salesmen were helpful, the manager made things happen, all questions were answered, and the paperwork was processed very quickly. The facility is clean and has a large, full range of service - and there is free theater style popcorn.

After my car broke down and was towed to this shop...

After my car broke down and was towed to this shop, it took them 6 days to take a look at it and they said it was just my battery. A day after they returned my car to me the check engine light turned on. There was a problem with a sensor they had missed. They charged me double what they had quoted for a worst case. During the time my Jeep was being serviced, the one person in charge of my car left and no one told me it had been reassigned. They missed a problem, took two weeks to get my car drivable and the breaks now squeak for some reason.

They were disorganized, uncommunicative, unfriendly, slow and deceptive. After five years of bringing my car here, I will never be returning and will never recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a vehicle with Adam at COVERT CDJR and I really love it! Their pre-owned selection is full of various vehicles it's hard to believe that they dont have something you will like. The service department is on top of their stuff, the car I purchased rides like a dream. Mr.Gordon is a trustworthy associate who will work with your budget to get you into the ride you want and won't just stop there. I will definitely be back to purchase my next car with him!

I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. I am an extremely picky buyer and I have been looking for a car for weeks now. They had tons of cars to pick from so I had plenty of choices. I was especially impressed with the high level of customer service that I got while I was there. I was very happy with my sales person Dylan Scott, he never once made me feel like I was being pressured into buying something that wasn't right for me and he spent a lot of time making sure that I got everything that I wanted in a car. By the time I was done I was very confident that I not only got a great car but I also got the best possible price. I would most definitely work with him and this dealer in the future.

Edit: I think it's just absolutely unbelievable how fast everything changed after my review went up. Getting in touch with ANYBODY on the phone for this location is impossible unless you're BUYING a car. Don't expect to call back and get immediate help for warranty fixes, assistance with paperwork, license plate retrieval or anything else. This is their biggest flaw after the sale. RELIABILITY. You may think you will buy a car and you will never need to talk to them again, but a smart man/woman will get a warranty on their vehicle, and you WILL encounter little problems here and there that the factory didn't get right... Now back to the review.

Bernardo Vasquez is the coolest salesman I've ever met! (Before the sale and when he actually answered the phone) He was very helpful in my search for the right car and he was very patient, even after taking 3 visits to finally decide on what vehicle I wanted to take home. Him, along with the Finance guy, Jonathan Alcala, saved me A TON of money! They treated me very professionally, and I can honestly say that this location is officially, the best dealership I've ever visited!

Since living in Austin I've purchased two new Mopar vehicles: a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Nyle Maxwell Dodge and just recently a 2014 Ram 1500 from Covert Dodge. The experiences were night and day. I always felt like the individuals at Nyle Maxwell were trying to take advantage of me and the experience was not pleasant, but it was my first car buying experience so I didn't know any better. When I decided to get a new vehicle I went back to Nyle Maxwell and got the same vibe: typical sleezy salespeople just trying to screw you over. Covert was completely different. Marc was our salesman and he was very helpful and the entire team made the process completely painless. They gave me a great deal, were honest, and made me feel like they appreciated my business. I would highly recommend visiting Covert.

If the vehicle was the right price I would of considered a purchase but I found the same vehicle for a much lower price at another dealer.

Visited a few dealers and ended up at Covert Chrysler @ 8107 Research (at Lamar) found a deal on a pre-owned vehicle, reasonable price, decent mileage in very good condition. As her credit was not very good, she was treated as a valued customer, with respect and worked with her on financing and drove out of there with a nice vehicle and true feeling of caring people at this fine dealership.

I just completed a purchase at Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My salesman was Josh Mannery. I haven't purchased many cars and was a bit apprehensive. Having said that, this was a great experience. Josh really made sure I got a great, not good, but great deal on my trade-in. That made all the difference in moving forward with the transaction. I really can't think of how Josh and his team could have been more professional and accommodating than they were. The apprehensiveness is gone and I'd be happy to do business at Covert again.

They did exactly what they said they would do and did it in a timely manner. We visited the service department yesterday for a recall for our SUV after having an issue with a different Dodge dealer in the area. I met Linda in the Service Department. She scheduled us for this morning. Our issue was taken care of in a short time, no more hassles, no more waiting and stress-free. Linda and the service department were amazing and so friendly.
We moved to Austin from NY a few months ago and were hoping to find a Dodge Dealer similar to ours in NY. I'm glad to say we found one & will be returning when we need our Durango serviced or when we need a new one!

*Background I typically do not frequent used car dealership lots and buy new or private party based on prior experiences from questionable sales people and tactics year back. I currently own a collection of cars and motorcycles mostly purchased through Hennessey Porsche who I consider the gold standard of car buying experiences/environments.*

I visited Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after trying to source a newer gen F80 BMW M4 and coming across an ad for them having one available. This car was one of 3 I found in the Austin area and was my first stop along the way in my search. I visited the dealership and looked over the car as discretely as possible to check the car over and do my pre-purchase checks to make sure the car is going to even be a viable option. I was met quickly and nicely asked by Amy on the used car side if I had been helped and if I needed any assistance. I let her know I might need help after doing a few more checks of the car and it's history. After thoroughly looking over the car, I was met by another fantastic sales person named Drake. Drake and Amy were very accommodating, not pushy and were genuinely interested in helping me look over the car and personable rather than asking your typical sales person non-sense questions or trying to size you up (I felt like I was back at my local Porsche dealer with the kind of service and "car guy/girl" atmosphere!) Drake was extremely knowledgable of the car despite it being a Bimmer on a Dodge/Chrysler lot and Amy was extremely kind and we ended up discussing more about the Austin area and the cars we all drive, awesome! I let Drake and Amy know the number out the door I would be comfortable with paying for the car and if we could get there, great! If not, that is totally understandable as well and I would be on my way to look at the other two possibly viable options. Both Drake, Amy and the Sales manager (whom I never met) were very swift to come back with a response and that we had a deal! No back and forth, no bait and switch, no reindeer games and I couldn't believe how streamlined the entire process was. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1.5 hours.

If you're looking for a dealership that breaks the typical used/new car buying experience or stigma, give Drake and Amy a shot at your business. I was originally going to place a new order here soon for a RAM TRX from my local Dodge dealership 15min up the road but I will now be placing that order with Covert going forward.

Bought 2015 Ram 3500 Diesel Nov. 2014 Sales experience was quick, good price, delivered as expected.......However my first and ONLY service experience was Dismal.

Needed first oil change, called ahead to ask about cost, this is where the experience started downhill.
Operator hung up on me while transferring call, I called back got someone in Parts, not service dept as requested, rerouted twice, finally got someone who had difficulty finding the price. was quoted $75.00. I decided to try them out, drove up to service entrance, drive was blocked by unmanned car, finally was waived around to enter service writing area, but the place is unorganized and people running around not getting anything done. My truck get taken back, was quoted approx. 1 hour wait. 1hr and 15 min later my truck appears in driveway, guy hops out, drops key on service writers desk and leaves. I wait a few minutes...no service guy..I take the time to check oil level....it shows about a quart low and the oil is grey looking already. I check again, sure enough, 1 quart low?? WTH? didn't they bother to check it? So draw this to attention of 1st person to finally ask what I needed. the guy trots out a container and pours in the oil. Still my reaction is WTH, didn't I just get an oil change?
Hung around w/ hood up waiting for service guy...finally had some one else who wandered by to retrieve my keyfob so I could pay. The cashier (both of them) totally ignored me, no acknowledgement of my standing 3 feet in front of them, until I wave a credit card under their noses and ask to be checked out. was told finally 'that will be $134...W T H what happened to $75?? I asked. I practically grab the guy who actually took the time to try to help me and he couldn't find the original service writer, so said he would discount 15% for the confusion. The higher price was after the 15% discount for my aggravation. They girls finally figured out I was given Synthetic not the Dino oil I requested, or so they thought, even telling me I had to keep using Syn Oil now that it was in the truck. Well then the manager who I was about to go find, happened to walk by, he looks at the ticket and says its a synthetic blend, it was all that they used in the shop. So they called back to check w/ the Tech. who says no he used Dino. Then I ask why is it $134. The doofus manager calls parts to check the part number and is told it was the Shell 15/40. I expected a no charge for all the hassle and the fact that NO ONE knew WTH was going on, but got charged the original $75.00 anyways. I still don't know what's in my new Truck. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CIRCUS.

I highly recommend Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Research Blvd. Found a vehicle online I was interested in for my son, sent off my request. In less that an hour Matthew was in contact. He was able to work with my schedule for the test drive and never hesitated to answer questions I had. My son loves his Jeep! Definitely would go back to Covert. And while you are searching for your next vehicle ask for Matthew over at Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Research he's a great guy to work with. I've had a couple of questions on my part just couldn't remember so I reached out to him and was replied to promptly. Great customer service and friendly staff is what I look for and have been satisfied. Thank you Covert!

So the whole used car sales process... Not a fan....

So the whole used car sales process... Not a fan... When it comes to used cars, the sales process ordinarily feels like a cross between a 5th grade band concert (thanks mom and dad for enduring my brief trumpet career) and soooomewhere around a proctology exam. Summary, not a "look forward to" event. Unless you like disunity in music and well, not so pleasant things. If so, go elsewhere and seek counseling. Please.
However, I am fortunate enough to have found the sales team at Covert. I was in the market for a caravan and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful Keri Kicken was. She made me feel welcome and the experience wasn't anything like I expected. Very helpful, knowledgeable and not pressure filled like I would have expect. Did I mention i hate being sold? I wasn't sold, i had an advisor.
Additionally, Keri stayed late to ensure everything was in place to take the car right then. After I had left she called to make sure I got my garage door opener back. Didn't need to... as I already bought.
Another person I met in my Covert travels, Chris. Chris, the finance guy was just awesome as well. I usually expect the hard sales tactics when you meet "the finance" guy (or gal as the case maybe). Not even close. Chris and I chatted for a while and had a really great conversation. Again not selling advising and he was extremely helpful.
In summary, skip the proctological car sales games. Head to Covert and know you will be treated fairly, with respect, and felt welcome. Cheers

Always a great experience working with Covert. This makes five car purchases from them between my husband and myself, and we ve always been very happy with their service, from sales to management to the service department.

Of note, Dylan Scott was fantastic to work with, making a sometimes long and painful process quick and easy. Jeremy (GM) and Chris in Finance were also wonderful to work with. Can t say enough good things and will always recommend Covert to family and friends on the look for a new vehicle.

I love my new Cherokee. Dylan Scott walked me through the process which was pretty straight-forward. At one point, I mentioned a specific engine that I later found out was in another Jeep, the Latitude 4 x 4. No harm no fowl, but there's a good chance I would've gone with it had I been shown that vehicle. Dylan was helpful, helped secure a needed safety feature and even texted back when I had a couple of questions about how some buttons worked. I've already recommended Dylan to a friend who is in the market for a Cherokee.

This review is for the Sales Staff, specifically Jonathan A. We have purchased 3 vehicles with Jonathan over the last 2 years as our family has grown. Every time we spoke or met with Jonathan was an exceptional experience. At first he was respectful, professional, and very patient with the MANY questions that we had. These days he is just as helpful as before, missing a bit of the professionalism (our insistence) as he is now a family friend.

To better put this review into perspective, when we found out that another child was on the way and we needed a new car with more seats, we stopped to see Jonathan and the Covert team on our way to Houston from St Louis, just to buy from him. No matter where we live, we will always look to him and the Covert team for our families vehicles!

I was told by the customer service manager that I would receive a call but still haven't regarding my purchase. I was also told they wouldn't sell me the jeep if I filled out the customer service survey. Take your business elsewhere. if I were you. I know I will next time .

Bernardo was by far the best car salesman I have ever had! He was polite and most importantly patient. He was kind enough to answer all of our questions with a huge smile on his face. Plus they have a very great warranty program that will start at the mileage the vehicle is at the is 72 mon 72k miles, so our vehicle now has a bumper to bumper to 125k. Kenneth Arriaga was very helpful and the finance department was not pushy and very informative.

I had a radiator leak, so took it in for service. ...

I had a radiator leak, so took it in for service. A few days later they call me saying it's also the water pump. $1200. Whatever. They tried to get me with more stuff like hoses and a new thermostat but I refused. I go back to pick it up, pay for it, and they bring it around. I wanted to see the broken parts but they had already gotten rid of them so there was no way of knowing if the water pump was actually busted. Cool. The dude who drove it up took the keys with him back inside. So while I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting for my key, I notice a broken piece of plastic dangling out of the front of my car and a bolt missing from the radiator. Whatever. I went inside to ask where the hell my key was and why broken stuff is hanging out the front. They then took it back to the back and snapped it off. Okay. I get in my car, and theres a Sonic cup filled with dip spit. Sweet. I drive it for a few days, no issues. Then yesterday I'm driving home from work in rush hour, and my thermometer peaks. "TRANSMISSION OVERHEATED" read the screen. Awesome. I kill the engine to cool it down a bit while I wait for the light. Wouldn't start again. Tight. I ended up making it home after a useless hour long phone call with roadside assistance (whose number was given to me by Covert) which allowed it to cool enough to start again. I looked under the hood and noticed that the fan wasn't hooked up. They forgot to reconnect to fan. BONEHEADS. Never going back.

I started bringing my 2013 Challenger to Covert's service department in I believe 2014 after a terrible experience at Nyle Maxwell. Since then, I have had an almost perfect experience with them. Several months ago I had a rough experience and considered moving my business. However, I decided to give them one more chance, and when I got there, I was amazed to learn that they had pretty much cleaned house and had gotten rid of the folks who where performing questionable things. I noticed a difference immediately when the team's uniforms looked more put together. I ended up speaking with the new director, whom I apologize I cant recall his name because it has been about two months since my last visit, but it was clear he had made many changes for the positive. Because of my long history with them, and the fact that they did what it took to address the decline in service, I will continue being a customer and supporting them.

The first time I visited it was all very good first oil change very kind Mrs. Maria who attended me with all kindness, the second time I went because my car had 100% saturated filters since when I bought the vehicle nobody told me that I had to clean them by running my truck, (after 2 months I had bought my truck) they finally checked their system that the warranty covered that. The estimated time to do it was one week! So long! I left her there for 4 days, so long without a car, at the neighboring agency where I bought the car they lent me one while they handed me mine but they never offered me one there.
Unfortunately the same thing happened to me again with the filter, they became saturated and I went again, but this time they told me that the guarantee did not cover and that they did not know why the first time it did cover but now there it said no, I paid $ 300 dollars for this, the following times of my oil changes always something to do so I have to pay because it is not in the warranty of my car, I also left it for 3 days without counting on Sunday that they do not work, for a catalyst, The warranty covered. (They didn't offer me a borrowed car while they gave me my truck). With my daughter, and pregnant without having to move.
Last time I am back for an oil check-up let me know that it is okay that all engine fluids are fine, but I have the problem with the catalytic again, I keep it up to date as I was told 7.30 in the morning to work with that, I call 4.30 pm because they did not call me and tell me that they have not been able to check it, 5 pm I pass by my car with my daughter and 5 month old baby because I do not have to move anywhere they have not even checked !, I ask for a safe appointment that they are going to work with my car, because I cannot be without a car if they are not even checking it, I need to transport my children, there they offer me a borrowed car while! (First time I didn't even know that they lent cars) the next day 5.30 pm I leave my car, they lend me one, tomorrow they call me tomorrow, they are working on your car, now and it will be ready today, BUT! Strangely someone! put a liquid that was not in the antifriz and we need to empty clean and put new if that does not ruin the engine, $ 250 dlls for that, I have never taken my car to another place (the catalytic was covered).
And the next time you come to the oil change it has to be done again! I feel frustrated!
Until then they also let me know that my car was on a list of cars with bad emissions and I had to make a claim for warranty extension and the correct installation of the emissions system, a possible compensation, 1 year later that I am exclusively carrying my car alone with you.
Then 5.30 same day my car is ready.
I return the one they lent me!
Thinking seriously of not returning. I have seen how they arrive they give them an excellent treatment and when I have gone it seems that they tell me again. I don't know if I know that I'm a woman I'm Hispanic. Or I don't know enough about a car.

I found myself in need of a car ASAP, but I wasn t in the ideal financial situation. I started my search online and honestly didn t expect to get anywhere. I was super surprised when I received an email from Dylan Scott almost immediately after entering my information online. I don t know of one person who LIKES the ordeal of purchasing a car, but Dylan respected my communication style and we began the process via text message. Two words... Dylan Scott. I was looking for a great car salesman to ease my anxiety about shopping for a car. Many reviews called out Dylan and let me tell you this guy lives up to the hype. I called and asked for him specifically, he and I spoke briefly about what I wanted to come look at and he grabbed the keys while we were on the phone. A few hours later I showed up to the dealership and the vehicle was waiting out front for me. Dylan is very nice and I felt no pressure. He's knowledgeable and easy to work with. I went in with a financing deal in place and he was able to get an even better deal for me through the same company which was awesome and unexpected. Irene in the finance office was also very nice and pretty quick. Over all the car buying process is never fast but I was working with a time restraint and Dylan worked hard to not waste my time and kept checking with me to make sure he was moving along at the pace I needed. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle don't overlook Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Dylan Scott is reason enough to visit this dealership.

I bought a used Ram from a dealership out of town. On the second day, it had some issues I wanted looked at. The service department here was able to get me in on a saturday, short notice, and within a few hours had the issues worked out.

Brian R. was solely responsible for earning a new lifelong (as long as I own the Ram) customer. He was direct, forthcoming, and personable. I have never really taken a car to a dealership service center before, but now I can confidently say that I trust them to provide honest quality service on my Ram.

Service Department failed to return my phone calls. On 5/9/2019, I called twice requesting a quote on a timing belt replacement. Both times they promised a return call. Neither phone call was returned. Called twice the next day and still nothing. I don't have time to deal with unprofessional service.

I worked with Jonathan and I didn t feel pressured to buy at all. I was kind of going back and forth with fixing my transmission or buying another Truck. I went to the lot just to see what my options were. They made sure I got a good trade in value. I was In and out in short time period once i made my decision to buy. I was out the door with paperwork signed and done.

Parts department here is great, and Alex is awesome. The service department here is extremely lacking in customer service. They don't want to deal with small warranty work and don't take the time to call customers and explain things in detail. Fix your service department and get your service writers to be more helpful for your customers.

UPDATE: Spoke with the service manager and got things straightened out. Thanks for taking the time to get back to me and making this right.

Me, my mother and my girlfriend came to this dealership about 2 weeks ago and it was the most pleasant experience. Albert Demi was the man that day. After already dealing with faulty mechanics and dishing out hundreds of dollars for no reason to fix our kia soul we fell in a bad spot financially and had only so much to work with. From the start he kept it straight forward with us like we had asked him to.
