Bryan in the service department helped us when we had a 2019 jeep grand Cherokee come in there and he kept me up to date on repairs, and we really appreciate the work they did for us. Bryan was kind of caught in the middle of a customer and our body shop, and I think he handled it great and we really appreciate all of the help.

Cowboy is a great salesman, really helped me out with the car buying experience. I enjoyed working with the Covert team and would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a car.

We had a weird experience, but then of course how great can it be buying a car. , they They got us so close to our payment and truck we wanted. Our sales guy Jonathan was great, would recommend him. The dealership would get my recommendation, the only thing I would recommend is have their service department open as their sales, as my diesel was low on DEF and I had to buy it at a dealership near me. Our sales guy offered to take the receipt to see if we can get paid back, so an easy resolution.

I've used the service department on 3 different occasions for warranty work on my RAM truck. Speaking with the service advisors, admin staff and even the service manager, I was impressed with their genuine interest in making sure I was taken care of. Lucky for me, I live close enough that I can walk home from the dealership. But twice I took advantage of their courtesy shuttle service to take me home and even pick me up when the work was completed. Great care from great people. Wish I could say the same for their parent company, FCA.

Bill is the service manager and I worked with Todd prior I must say being in customer service I have a eye for noticing how situations are felt with. This company has always gone above and beyond to exceed what I thought coming into a dealership. I had never purchased a new car before but wow I'm impressed with the follow through after the sale, always a kind handshake, shuttle service, loaner cars. The people are sincere and the process is as painless as it could be, I highly recommend anyone with a dodge code by and have these fine technicians service their vehicle.

Love my new RAM, I looked for a truck for 8 months, got to Covert and within an hour Cowboy was able to find me my perfact truck with all my desired options. The process was quick and enjoyable. I had some issues with the truck after the first week but Cowboy assisted to make sure it was taken care of right away. I will visit Cowboy and the Covert team again when I'm in the market for another truck.

In 2017 we purchased a Dodge Ram 3500 from Covert Dodge. It was a very good an seamless experience. A year later and only days before we were to leave for Alaska pulling our RV on a 6 week vacation our truck developed some warranty issues that would prevent our departure. Bill "Covert Service Manager" and James "Covert Service Writer" stepped up under the expert leadership of "Covert Dodge General Manager" T.J. and absolutely saved the day and our family vacation. Space and time prevent me from sharing all of the details but let me say that I have dealt with many car dealerships in my 57 yrs and Covert Dodge is the very best! So impressed were my wife and I that we purchased an additional Dodge Ram 3500 within 2 days of our return from Alaska from our Covert salesman, Mike Kozlowski. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes ML 350. I traded in a 2018 Fiat 300. I worked with Dylan and a young lady in training. I have nothing but good things to say. Updated Review: J is great and so different than any other car salesman I have experienced during my long hstory buying cars. After making a simple inquiry with John Hawthorne in the service department about my interest in upgrading from a 2012 300 to a newer model. I received a call from J within 20 min. After all was said and done, in less than 24hrs I was driving home in my new Chrysler 300. He along with Conrad made the process smooth and we were literally in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. He took the time to show me features of my new car; never rushed and making sure I was satisfied. After the sale I did come across some issues (which I am still awaiting full resolution), but so far J has been responsive, patient, friendly, knowledgable and truly understands what it means to deliver a good customer experience. If you need a car ask for J. This is my sixth purchase from the Covert family. While I am giving J well deserved 5-stars and am only giving Covert 4 (actually 3+) overall given their managers terrible lack of/no response to emails or phone calls. But thank you J (and John)!

After one conversation with the service department, I will never do business with this place. Grossly incompetent and when I called him on the misinformation he provided me, his response was to get upset. They have no business dealing with the public.

We had been looking for some time for a low millage used Ford Flex Limited. We found a 2013 for a good price at Covet Dodge on the USAA car buying site and drove up from San Antonio. Our salesman, Dwight Pullman, was great. He was not pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. It was worth the drive for a great car and buying experience.

To start off I arrived at the dealership Saturday morning at 8 to determine if my window could be fixed. After several hours of waiting and other customers leaving I inquire on the status of my vehicle. I am told a part has to be ordered and will arrive Tuesday. After a few unsuccessful phone calls my service guy Wayne saves the day. He was so great.

My husband and I met with Mr. Trey Beardmen earlier this month to take a look at a Certified Preowned Vehicle. We asked for a test drive and we were handed keys to do the drive on our own. When we got back, Mr. Beardmen answered all of our questions and made us feel like valued customers. After we decided we wanted to buy the vehicle, our application was handed to Mr. Jeff Dohrman, who handled everything smoothly. Mr. Dohrman did a great job explaining our financing options by speaking plain English and not using contract lingo. They actually have this really cool touch screen computer thing that they use to e-sign all documents. I liked it because I could see everything a lot bigger. We really also appreciated Mr. Dohrman highlighting all the important numbers on our contract and placing a copy of everything in our glove compartment. Thank you for the great experience!

Albert is by far the best salesman I have ever met, no pressure just facts and figures, along with a great smile! He did what he said he would do and got our family exactly what we wanted. WOW!! Never in my life have I honestly been able to say that I truly trusted my sales team to put me first above everything else. This isn t a review I write lightly. I had all but given up on getting out from under the upside down car I was in, much less get into something I wanted AND met my budget!!!! From the first time we spoke on the phone Buck laid it out straight, no false hope, no half truths and used lingo that I understood without making me feel stupid. Every step of this process was seamless. Buck literally took the worry before I had time to think it. No rush,no bs,no pushing. Buck far exceeded every expectation and what I thought possible. This dealership told me they could not get me financed with $5,000 down on a 2016 Dodge Ram Truck. I said thank you anyway. They continued to pull my credit for a additional 3 weeks after. I took that same $5,000 down to a different Dodge dealership and got a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram BIG HORN with no issues. Terrible dealership!!! Take your business anywhere else!!!!

I had a rapidly-ageing 2010 Dodge Ram with a rather "getting up there" mileage. I knew I would eventually need to replace her, but my past auto purchase experiences have ranged from "slightly-less-than-pleasant evening" all the way down to "post-nuclear aftermath". All that changed when the decent folks at Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram gave me a call and said they wanted to buy the old girl. At first I thought them daft, but shrugged and made the appointment. In any case, they not only took the old girl off my hands for a more than expected trade-in value, but they presented me with the best-looking 2014 Dodge Ram I have ever seen. It had (ahem, has) all the bells and whistles that the old girl didn't have, but better still, it came with very low mileage and a price that only a fool would have turned down. Mr. J Breidor made it all possible and walked me through the entire experience. The Covert Chrysler finance team brought the payments down to about what I had been paying on the old truck anyway, and the fact that financing was made through my credit union was just icing on the cake. I owe J Breidor, the sales staff, and financial team at Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a debt of gratitude for making the entire experience both pleasant and memorable.

5 stars from beginning to end! Got online and chatted about a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Scheduled a test drive and the salesman, Larry Wilson, followed up to confirm. Test drove with none of the pushy sales tactics, just facts about the vehicle and agreeing on a price. They were flexible with my trade and stayed past closing time to get the deal made. Sales person, sales manager and finance were all very informed and courteous. Would do business with them again......ten times over. GREAT JOB COVERT DODGE/JEEP!!!
