J'ai acheté une Mercedes d'occasion à Roquebrune sur Argens, chez le concessionnaire cet été. Il m'a imposé un traitement PROTEC à plus de 1000,00 €. Il ne faut pas la passer aux rouleaux et ne pas utiliser la brosse au lavage haute pression. Bilan, la voiture n'est jamais propre. J'aurai du refuser. Je déconseille ce produit.
Very good reception, car returned on time. Average results for my new Tesla Model Y performance. The water-repellent and medium effect. I wash my car with a karcher from the BP menton station and I dry the car with the pro tech chamois leather, so I have a poor finish with a lot of traces and have to rub with the microfiber to erase them. I still observe on the glass roof the traces of the positioning suction cups which have not disappeared despite the treatment of the windows. So a little disappointed with the result, especially in the lower parts.

Then a guy pulls up in a nice mustang he is treated with the upmost respect and is offered coffee. I understand that my car may not be nice but I did have genuine questions and I deserve to be treated with the same respect as any customer.
Had detailing done on my work truck. Rashad was full of knowledge and said that 90% of the stains would be removed and he was right. I knew the stains were on there for quite some time so I wasn't expecting a perfect job. My over all experience was great. Very polite and easy to talk too with no pressure to buy more or due more. I will be back when my seats get messed up again with dust and dirt.

Highly recommend ProTech Monte-Carlo Royal Windsor Drive Mississauga. This is a best in class facility, especially their best in class people. I was fortunate enough to get know everyone from the owners, the manager, all the way to the specialists. Everyone one of them are professional, respectful people who do what they say and take pride in what they do. These photo show my new 2019 Z06 3LZ which was completely paint corrected (yes after a week from rolling out of the assembly line) and was then wrapped in PPF Paint Protection Film using Expel Ultimate Plus. It was all custom cut with no seams (not precut). The film has self-healing properties from scratches and it has a high gloss. Thank you Rashad, Chris, Zoddy, Sherif, and a special thanks to Ev who worked extremely long hours to apply the film. I enjoy still dropping in to have coffee and chat with these amazing people.

From the moment I walked in the front door to the delivery of the completed car, the staff at ProTech Monte-Carlo treated me like royalty and treated my 2018 Cadillac ATS V as if it were their own. The complete PPF (paint protective film) was done expertly and most importantly without a single scratch, which is more than I can say for most dealership service visits. They even gave it a special graphics touch that surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this team for any vehicle no matter how expensive, rare or special. Protech Monte Carlo had detailed my Harley Davidson for a show. I could not have been happy with both the job they did and the amazing customer service they provided. My motorcycle looked shinier and cleaner then the day it left the Harley Davidson dealership. The chrome was so bright and shinny it could have blinded people. Their attention to detail and skill cutting and polishing the paint left it with not a single swirl mark on the bike. All around an incredible experience and an unbelievable job detailing my motorcycle! It will definitely be back to get it shinned up before it s next show.

One of the best places I have ever been. The customer service was excellent. Afterwards my car looked brand new again. I highly recommend Rashad and his team for any kind of car detailing. They really care about the customer and they make sure everything is perfect. Plus the shuttle service was a great bonus! I will definitely return.

ProTech is the best thing that can happen to your car paint. Certainly one of the top detailers in the GTA. I wouldn't bring my Ferrari 458 anywhere else. Their work is amazing and the service is outstanding.

Worked at this business for two months management does not know how to train the management is lazy themselves constistant employees leaving and not one staying besides the ones that started there do not suggest this place specially during covid no safety installed properly failure to provide mask and gloves and so on
Had my AMG GT-C wrapped with Matte paint protection. Attention to detail and quality of service were excellent.
