I was thinking about buying a Dodge Ram 1500. I looked at the Covert website and found a 2019 demo for under 30k. I wanted to know more. Trey Bearden contacted me and gave me all the info I needed. I wasn t able to see the truck for a few days since I had to travel from SA to Austin. Trey kept in touch with me all weekend. He filled out most of the paperwork prior to me arriving. Upon arriving on Monday at 1pm, Trey had the truck gassed up, washed and ready to go. We took it for a spin and I was sold. We went to See Chris McDaniel in Finance. Chris got everything ready. He found me a good rate and sent me home with the paperwork for my wife to sign. I was out by 3:30pm just in time to beat 5pm Austin traffic. Both Trey and Chris provided outstanding customer service. I couldn t ask for a better car buying experience. Thank you both!
