Omg! It's taken a couple of days for me to write this review but for good reason. I have been on cloud 9 in love with my new 2019 Ram Rebel! She's got all the bells and whistles you could think of! I want to give a big shoutout to Covert Dodge, but I want to give an even BIGGER shoutout to Kenneth Arriaga! If you're anything like me I don't like salesmen on my arse. This was Kenneth's first gold star. Kenneth never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was very patient. He listened to what I wanted. He listened to my wife and her concerns. He showed us different versions of the rebel that were in stock so that we could see everything before making any decisions. In the 4-5 hours that we spent with him I feel like I made a friend. It's an awesome feeling when you can talk freely and feel comfortable with your salesman. Kenneth is amazing! He will def take care of you from start to finish, and even go that extra battle when wheeling and dealing. If you find yourself at Covert, find Kenneth Arriaga as well! Hats off Kenneth!
