Bedroom is perfect. Staff very welcoming. Food can be improved on a number of points.
The appearance of the dining room is cold, cold, looks like a conference room.

For customers in Taiwan, there is no hot water in the room. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious, the room is simple and comfortable, but the location is a bit remote.

The rooms of the hotel are clean and comfortable. The beds are fine and the bathroom is equipped with plenty of fresh towels. The restaurant has sufficient staff, the meals get a tight sufficient. Regularly parts of the buffet are missing, which due to corona only consists of starters. and desserts The main course is served. Due to the large number of guests, culinary dishes and romantic dining are out of the question

Nice hotel, varied excellent food good value for money, decent room. Great all-in concept! Just missed some more range of slides in the pool. Furthermore, a very nice location near the forest.

We had booked a lunch in the Flinck buffet restaurant. The food was excellent and there was plenty of choice. Only some dishes were not replenished very quickly and also the collection of the used plates did not happen very quickly.

Corona measures: This is all well arranged, there is a disinfection pump on every table with food. At the buffet in Flinck you have gloves that you can put on when you start serving. The 1.5 meter is also handled well.

Rooms: the rooms are clean and tidy every day, they are neatly cleaned. Staff is quite friendly.

Flinck (breakfast, lunch, dinner): There is a wide choice for everyone.

Animation: Activities every day.

Bowling: Book quickly immediately upon arrival is the most convenient (It is often full)

Swimming pool is nice but too crowded by stupid people

Drinking is free at the swimming pool, in addition to the free use of saunas, herbal baths, tanning beds, Turkish steam bath and the wonderful hot tubs. The atmosphere is soothing and cozy. Enough entertainment.

Service at the bar was poor, and the staff at the bar were unfriendly

Great, varied leisure pool. The hotel restaurant in the foyer is good.

Due to an event we had to park at the Provinciehuis. 10 minutes walk to the pool. Entrance is decent, but you are allowed to drink unlimited coffee, tea, ranja, juice and in the sauna, Turkish steam bath. You also use a paper ticket for the locker. Push and bend well, otherwise the locker will not close. Furthermore, nice swimming pool with slide.

Made use of the flincken arrangement together with our daughter swam and had dinner in the flincke restaurant. What we are really talking about is the pool staff. Our 4-year-old daughter has just completed her swimming diploma and therefore does not yet swim very well. This was at the lifeguard and teachers. We were asked by 2 lifeguard if she had a diploma. Great that attention is paid. Restaurant was a great pity that we were told that you had to get coins for drinking but water was lost

Nice swimming pool, with various baths, slides and sauna facilities. For each his own. Careful lifeguards. Drinking: coffee, tea and soft drinks are free. Suptropical part is furnished as a Chinese garden. You have to love that part is also very noisy / sound box.

The food was fine, only problem I had was the service, was sloppy and the cleaning of the plates and cutlery was not done enough regularly took dirty plates from the plate holder

Recently again having brunch at the colorful weaver. This time a paltry display 9 hot plates were not in use so empty. we reported this we got the silly story that the dance competition was the cause and that there were few people. we received a dish with 1 for each. This is no excuse for us, more than 50 adults and the children were not counted. We are from the area and will no longer recommend the colorful weaver brunch, we will go to the Valk next time.

Wash at. Legends of rock. Good atmosphere . Good service. Also nice entrance.

Large-scale hotel. The staff were generally very friendly, but we missed a clear explanation on our arrival, then with self exploration. The rooms are clean, but the shower I found oddly finished making it less easy to clean. The corridors were cleaned regularly, but it always looked somewhat dirty, for example leaves in the side entrances. We didn't sleep very well there and there was a lot of noise in the corridor in the morning. The food was extensive but not really our thing. Some things were really tasty but you had to find out. The dessert buffet not refined. The pool was dirty and smelled of sweaty feet and quite disappointing if you unpack with a tropical swimming paradise. (only indoor pools were open due to the cold). There is not much to do in the region, not if it is -15 outside. Although it was an inflammatory weekend, it was not for us.

It is a wonderful resort. Really excellent. Unfortunately a downside the tea is really dirty. That was a shame.

Cozy, tasty food and staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel in itself is fine but now there is no buffet because of the corona, everything is served, so there is less choice. Now that is not so bad, but the food was just bad and we are not used to that.

Complaint already submitted due to poor supervision in swimming pool

Nice all inclusive hotel.
We went for a weekend with a few families with small children. You cannot specify preferences for rooms, but they will think along with you on the spot. The 2-person rooms were close to each other, the 3-person room a bit further away. Rooms were neat.
Buffet was extensive and delicious, offering was variable. Reserving a table when you are with a large group is recommended.
Swimming pool is very neat. Should have been a bit warmer in my opinion. A bit drafty in places.
Bowling was fun. They have a scaffolding for small children and the lane edges come up automatically.
Kidsjungle can open earlier, but it is nice to visit with children. There were a few play corners in the hotel. Thought it was a bit messy.
In the evening they had snacks ready at the bars. These were also well cared for. They have games you can play.
All in all, plenty of entertainment.

Spent a night with a late departure so that we could still use the all-inclusive package until 3 pm.
We had already 'checked in' online in advance and could therefore just continue after we had received the information package from an employee outside. Park your car and go straight to the room. We have 2 children aged 10 and 7 and they were thrilled that the room was so beautiful !!
Now into the hotel. Never been here before but how neat all! However, straight to the bowling, but unfortunately it was already fully booked. Too bad, you just arrived and it is no longer possible. But guys don't complain, so tomorrow you can go bowling. Read reviews from unkind staff .... well we haven't seen them. People who do not adhere to the corona rules and as soon as the staff speaks to them about it, they will speak up! How terribly selfish and impatient some people are. Food was good, also tasty snacks that were neatly in trays and you could grab them.
You must also reserve a swimming pool, but you can enjoy a good swim both days!
Really great for each other! We will definitely come here again! Children loved it!

A very nice hotel, even with corona measures. Well organized, friendly, clean. And good food, rich choice of different dishes. Beds are good.

Had a wonderful weekend! Everything unlimited and sure enough. Also the bowling, swimming and fitness. It is a shame that almost only Grolsch was served. But that is taste. My brother-in-law was again very happy with it

Friendly staff and surprisingly good food for an ongoing buffet. So be sure to linger after swimming or bowling.

The hotel has everything you need. Perfect for the family with children. To relax unfortunately not so well suited, as it is always very busy and restless.
