WOW!! Never in my life have I honestly been able to say that I truly trusted my sales team to put me first above everything else. This isn t a review I write lightly. I had all but given up on getting out from under the upside down car I was in, much less get into something I wanted AND met my budget!!!! From the first time we spoke on the phone Buck laid it out straight, no false hope, no half truths and used lingo that I understood without making me feel stupid. Every step of this process was seamless. Buck literally took the worry before I had time to think it. No rush,no bs,no pushing. Buck far exceeded every expectation and what I thought possible. He truly took the time to make sure I was sure and comfortable before letting me sign the papers. I will refer EVERYONE to him!!!
On to my new favorite finance wizard, Chris (The Wizard) listened to my concerns and worked his magic going back twice just to make sure I was happy and comfortable in my payments. Chris took his time, didn t rush and made sure he went over everything throughly. He made sure everything was completely transparent and nothing was left to wonder.
