In 2017 we purchased a Dodge Ram 3500 from Covert Dodge. It was a very good an seamless experience. A year later and only days before we were to leave for Alaska pulling our RV on a 6 week vacation our truck developed some warranty issues that would prevent our departure. Bill "Covert Service Manager" and James "Covert Service Writer" stepped up under the expert leadership of "Covert Dodge General Manager" T.J. and absolutely saved the day and our family vacation. Space and time prevent me from sharing all of the details but let me say that I have dealt with many car dealerships in my 57 yrs and Covert Dodge is the very best! So impressed were my wife and I that we purchased an additional Dodge Ram 3500 within 2 days of our return from Alaska from our Covert salesman, Mike Kozlowski.
