My husband and I met with Mr. Trey Beardmen earlier this month to take a look at a Certified Preowned Vehicle. We asked for a test drive and we were handed keys to do the drive on our own. When we got back, Mr. Beardmen answered all of our questions and made us feel like valued customers. After we decided we wanted to buy the vehicle, our application was handed to Mr. Jeff Dohrman, who handled everything smoothly. Mr. Dohrman did a great job explaining our financing options by speaking plain English and not using contract lingo. They actually have this really cool touch screen computer thing that they use to e-sign all documents. I liked it because I could see everything a lot bigger. We really also appreciated Mr. Dohrman highlighting all the important numbers on our contract and placing a copy of everything in our glove compartment. Thank you for the great experience!
