I've used the service department on 3 different occasions for warranty work on my RAM truck. Speaking with the service advisors, admin staff and even the service manager, I was impressed with their genuine interest in making sure I was taken care of. Lucky for me, I live close enough that I can walk home from the dealership. But twice I took advantage of their courtesy shuttle service to take me home and even pick me up when the work was completed. Great care from great people. Wish I could say the same for their parent company, FCA.
