I am new to the area and went to Covert Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to scope out a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Jacob Paredes to help me. From the very start, Jacob was extremely nice, helpful, welcoming, and not at all pushy. He was able to help me consider all the options and gave me an honest appraisal of what was available on the lot, while assuring me that he could get me anything I wanted if it wasn't on the lot. Thankfully, we found something perfect that was on the lot and he was patient with the whole process and immediately offered a test drive. Jacob made the whole process easy and painless, and even offered some excellent suggestions for local places to eat and take the family. All in all, A+ for Jacob Paredes at Covert. I highly recommend him for any of your car purchase needs. He made a customer new to the area very comfortable with the process, and a happy customer with my new Jeep GC!
I would be remiss if I also didn't give a shoutout to Ronnie Brown who, although did not have anything to do with my transaction, was very warm and welcoming to a newcomer. And I would also like to recognize Chris McDaniel who helped me with financing the lease- he was very nice, personable, and made the process seamless.
