To start off I arrived at the dealership Saturday morning at 8 to determine if my window could be fixed. After several hours of waiting and other customers leaving I inquire on the status of my vehicle. I am told a part has to be ordered and will arrive Tuesday. After a few unsuccessful phone calls my service guy Wayne saves the day. He was so great.
