Took car in for service at 9am, was asked if I could leave it for a couple of hours, ok. They did provide a ride home. About 3pm I called to find out status, got voice mail, left message, waited about an hour, no call back. I called again, same thing, again no call back. Called service manager, guess what, same thing again. Still waiting for call back
