The overall atmosphere was friendly and not too pushy. Ronald did everything within his power to get an acceptable amount for our trade-in and was extremely patient while we made up our mind (we were incredibly indecisive) even though it was Christmas Eve. We never once felt rushed or pushed into buying a car. I would highly recommend Ronald and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
