I must say I had a horrible experience with Coral Springs Automall. I went in to purchase my father a Certified GMC Terrain. They had the exact car and color he wanted. I've already driven it and didn't need the typical sales pitch. They had nothing but new people working the floor who were less experienced than me. We negotiated the price and moved to payment. The car was "Certified" but really wasn't unless you read the tiny fine print that said to be certified you needed to pay an additional $995. The car was missing a wheel cap, the car was missing floor mats which the sales person finally replaced. There was one major scratch they said they would take care of. Instead of taking care of it they gave my handicapped father a paint pen and sent him on his way. The next day the tire pressure gauge came on and there was a nail in the tire that was clearly there for some time. Another $30 to repair this. Finally on the first rain, the wipers were dry rotted and tore off when turned on scratching the windshield. They offered no assistance and simply said it's a used car and we won't do anything additional. Poor customer service from this place and I'd never shop there again.
